Cleanse, tone, then use the Galvanic Spa for a treatment👌 No need for a toner afterwards, just wash the treatment gel off with a damp cloth and apply serum or moisturiser.

I can barely hold the galvanic spa because there will be a sensation of electric shock on my hand due to eczema. Wonder if I can put a damped facial cotton on the metal plate so I can hold the device?

Wow that must be horrible having such severe eczema! That may work, it's worth a try. Alternatively you could work on healing the eczema. Use Lifepak and Marine Omega or YouthSpan for the inside, and Birkers Blend or Sole Solution applied topically👌

The American one doesn't have the self regulating current, so it doesn't beep 3 times when starting.

what happened when turn on just for second then it's stop also the light off :(

Check the batteries aren't flat first, if it still continues give NuSkin a call and they'll be able to problem solve it with you👌
