Excellent video. Smacking the power button got my S4 back to booting. I know now that the power button is faulty, but have some time to order a spare one from ebay. Thanks for this helpful tip!

The power button was stuck. Smacking power button on a piece of cloth laid on kitchen top made the button lose and it works. Many thanks for your tips.

I followed your instructions and it WORKED! OMG. Kind of freaked out when my cell was NOT getting a charge from changing cords, adapters, etc. Thank you !!!

OMG!!!! Hugeeee Thankssss... My Samsung Galaxy 4 is recharging again. i tried all your maximum methods... and voilla..... it WORKS. thanks a lot man . my s4 wasn't charging or turning on no matter what i did . i thought that my motherboard was dead but i tried ur method of removing the battery and pressing the power button for 1 min nothing happened then i put my phone on charge but it wasn't charging so i left it plugged it after 15 min it started charging and turned on and everything was working well. Prolly won't see this but thanks man - the metal to clean the USB port worked! I was using toothpicks and thought it was for sure clean. Must have been a little corrosion I wasn't able to see.

Thanks it worked. Last things I tried, holding power button 60 seconds, brushing the charging port, and blowing in the charging port. (Even tho u didn't mention that.) Don't know what worked but one of those options worked.

great guide. for me it was the cable/charger. will check which but i used the cable and charger from another device and straight off i got the lightning emblem come on with 1% charging so all good.

This video works my android was vibrating when I’m charging but won’t turn on it was like a pulsing vibrating so what I did was hold the power botton with the battery out and it worked

So i took the phone to a GSM, luckily i found one open during the holidays, the issue was the side button. I was a bit stuck or such, fixed it with 20$ and it being changed. Cheers for the vids man ^_^
