The timing in the oven were mixed up! He said 15 min followed by 30 min rest. Then he said 30 min in the oven.
what´s the brand of that blender?

I’m pretty sure it’s a blender attachment connected to a Bosch MUM stand mixer.

Aloooomin….aluminium foil, and somebody almost dropped a F bomb in there🤭. Chicken looks amazing though.
The head is still on the chicken 🙈
Since when does brine have so my much sugar and molasses. Totally inappropriate for hike cooking.
