Im not sure why this got put in my recommended but its pretty good advice. Though as an adult furry who has been in the community for nearly 20 years I gotta say, suiting and cosplay is still a relatively new art so it being "mandatory" when not everyone can afford one (and most suitmakers also wont make suits for minors who might still outgrow them) is silly. I'd also want to note that while "weird stuff" isn't necessarily bad it should be kept between adults, do not engage with adult furries who try to show you or get you to draw that kind of thing or roleplay when you're a minor. Those people ARE bad and a danger and can and should be called out for predatory behavior. Stay safe out there.

exactly! i feel like a big problem in this fandom is that some furries just dont understand that nfsw stuff should be kept to places where kids cant find it- while i (a minor) dont think nsfw stuff is necessarily bad, it needs to be less prominent in the fandom.

"people are going to say you're weird" that's an objectively correct fact about me. "People are going to say that you don't belong in human society" why would i want to be? I could write an essay on how much I don't like society, I sorta have/am, i write a lot of stuff. Im not emo by the way, I just have common sense that's functional enough to see everything wrong with it. I'm also not a furry, still only having an identity crisis, I'm getting there though.
