Now that's what I'm talking about! I went to Florida last month for nine days and that's right-didnt want to come back to our cold climate. This routine will absolutely keep my beach experiece alive! Some of us can only dream about such a beautiful setting. Of course, as the tide came in, I felt a little guilty, as it was so easy for me and Keoni and Mom were really fighting the sand and surf. This gentle walk was a perfect end to a busy day without making me too wound up for bedtime. Thanks so much for mixing it up. I love your home studio and the kitties, but it was great fun to see you in this different setting. My FAVORITE workout thus far, loved the scenery in both spots and the tunes were spot on! It was entertaining as well and kept me giggling with the tide coming in, looked like you were both having a blast! Oh and my other fave that cracked me up was with the fish and the one cat walking up and snatching him up! Keep up the great work!!

I won't bother repeating everyone else, but I agree 100%. 😁 I've just had the most hectic 2 weeks of my life and haven't been able to exercise at all apart from walking around. This workout was perfect for transitioning back into my routine, as it wasn't super fast, but rather kind of laid back and relaxing, yet still got me some sweat work in. 👍
