I really enjoy watching you have fun while working out. When people ask me how do I do it, I say it's fun and I like the way it makes me feel when I'm not working out.

Hey Marc. Greetings from Germany. Andreas here, you remember me? My one arm chin up journey now is in year No.7 and i am so close to get it. I think in maybe less than 6 months i can get this high goal. Thank you for your tip to cut weight!!! I do so, and now my weight is 85-86kg. Since then my progress is absolute amazing. I am 53years now.

Great video. Do you have a workout schedule/routine or do you get the training in whenever you can?

Thank you 🙏. Yes I have a 6 day a week training schedule. 3 alternate days are concentrated on heavy training (depending on my present goal) and 3 days on light cardio and mobility/flexibility and yoga. On the seventh day I rest 😊

On a day to basis I don't give it another thought. Occasionally when I'm training I may ease-off on a move where as before I may have gone for it. But that's more psychological than actual issue

@@MarkLidsterfitnessgeezer That sounds like a blessing in disguise tbh. I’ve found that more overall volume is more rewarding than intensity over the long-run. Still doing callisthenics? I was very new to gymnastics rings when I had my injury. It was pelican curls at too steep of an angle 📐 💥 😣

@@CursedWheelieBin very easy to do mate. Only takes a second in the wrong position and you’re faced with 6-12 months off. Yes I’m still doing callisthenics but I’m combining that with yoga and kettle bells for a sustainable and effective program going forwards. Still have a few other challenges which I want to achieve so lots to look forward to.
