FULLY UPGRADED ATV Razor Dirt QUAD 500 to QUAD 2000 - VERY FAST w/ 48V 2000W Motor - Speed 45MPH +

The standard speed of Quad 500 is no more than 15 MPH with its stock 36V 500W Motor. That speed is ideal when your child is 10-12 years old but when older, it will seem slow. As a result, my son’s Quad 500 was FULLY upgraded with a SUPER FAST 48V 2000W Brushless High-Speed Motor with speeds in excess of 45MPH, we yet have to push its MAX limit. The ATV’s body and suspension are not meant to go faster than 25MPH, at 45MPH the ATV starts shaking very badly, we stopped at 45MPH.
It uses TWO High Power Batteries:
1) One 48V 30AH 2000W specifically for the Motor
2) One 12 Volt 12AH Rechargeable battery for the extra gadgets

Awesome build my guy! We have one I modded to 48v. It’s fast but we still have to do lights. Thanks for sharing

What lenght the light bar and you made the bracket for it? Tire size?
Why not a dc-dc converter for the 12v system?
So many buttons and switches😂 not gonna lie though if i knew how to wire things up like you id do the same haha. Nice job👍🏼

Does your motor mount plate have threads inside for mounting the motor to it? Or nuts underneath?

Yes it does, however the motor mount bores do not align with the mount plate holes so I had to use another thicker plate, weld the nuts to that plate then attach the motor to it. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!

@@ari1234. You need to swap blue and yellow wires. Yellow going to blue, blue going to yellow. Then on the throttle control, the thinner wires, you swap green with yellow (NOT BLUE)..that should do it.
Can you let me know which chain sprocket you used as well as brakes and rotors? I just bought one today

The rims come in silver, they were painted black from the outside.
