You don't protect the engine and the controller and the batteries from water or elements,could You make a metálic box or using fiberglass ( reduce weigth). Congratulations and regards from colombia

The range is dependent upon how fast you go and terrain, the charging time is dependent upon what ampage the charger is.

Now you can replace the light bulbs with LED's to make it even better.

its clearly be weaker, ATV can climb mountain road easy for 1 or 2 hour, that 10AH battery not gonna last long
