Fully Raw Kristina Is Lying To You

My response to "Discussing My Recent Weight-Loss...& How I Lost Weight Without Changing What I Eat" by FullyRawKristina. I hate the terrible comments Kristina has received regarding her (healthy) weight gain ... but I also hate how she keeps lying about her diet and weight loss journey.

    A vegan woman losing her period is normal like in the garden of eden. Dr sebi says a woman should only have a period every 4 yrs. Because the body is pure. Let's not forget Eden was vegan and animal flesh was given after God regretted making man as a punishment to limit the lifespan to 120yrs People only think of the norm of a toxic animal flesh diet decieved man in fallen state diet. Can't even imagine living hundreds of years. Kali muscle is a fruitarian body builder looks great. Open your mind people, all I hear in this video and comments is ignorant criticism. Even christ was a raw vegetarian. Preaching against God and the food he deemed very good in eden when people lived 900yrs old won't ever help you. It just proves how ignorant you are

    I've seen that video and it really irritated me. My dad's eyes have changed colour over his life. They were dark brown when he was a kid, hazel when he met my mom, greenish hazel when I was a kid, and now they're pure green. He eats a crap ton of meat; it has nothing to do with diet, it's just how some people age. Also, it bothers me that she insinuates that light eyes are better and more "pure", to reflect the purity of one's diet. This is obviously bs.

Kristina had sooo many betrayals in her life at that time amd stress can make you skinny regardless of what you eat. @@0cally I believe you that your eyes have changed colour, but I kind of doubt it was due to diet. Dark eyes are caused by melanin/pigment; why would the food you eat (or don't eat) change the amount of melanin in your eye? It's actually better to have dark eyes because the melanin protects your cornea from UV light. Why don't your eyes get darker instead? If you have any info that explains it I'd be really interested though. I couldn't find anything from a Google search. *Edited to correct some stuff I got wrong.

    Thats what I got from it. I watched this video because it popped up in my suggestions and I have watched Kristina's videos and I was curious of what she was lying about. Watching this video just made me feel like Kristina needs a little guidance with her videos to properly show her audience how she transitioned or you can call it un-learn and re-learn in her lifestyle she chooses. I'd rather someone walk in love and kindness and teach or help her vs just talking about her unless the offer to help or teach was done, other then that talking about someone is useless, it just becomes gossip. But everyone different tho..

  • @TheTinnman

    @TheTinnman

    This is my take away as well. She says I have not changed my diet, I am still fully raw. We can debate and disagree with her characterization of "diet". It is also pointed out in this video that she has added more fats into her recipes while they remain fully raw. There is debate about nutritional yeast and a Raw diet. I understand that. But there are also people who consider honey to be an animal product and do not consider people who eat it to be "TRUE" vegans. I think she looks amazing today even in comparison to her 9 year old videos where she did look puffy. Her knowledge and experience have increased and her recipes and "Fully Raw" vegan diet has evolved with that increase in knowledge. She is 36 now and looks amazing. I agree she looked sickly in those early videos. I think she has found balance over the years and is in a good place with her diet, her emotions and her overall health. As to those who have a hard time with the idea of someone that has been fully raw for over a decade still having things to detox from their body. The body holds onto things, especially things that are locked up with intense emotions. As we eat healthier and our body heals it makes space for us to very slowly rid our body of toxins that are tied up in our cells. We have to learn and be willing to release the pain that has those emotions trapped and as we do so we experience a detox. People judge themselves and others. What causes that judgement and the sources of it still needs to be detoxed.

    Losing your period means, your body tries to preserve as much energy as it can. Like: we can't afford to lose all this! And supporting an embryo is out of the question anyways, so... No period.

  • @Moo-fb2kb

    @Moo-fb2kb

    4 жыл бұрын

    ok....except that a period isn't about "supporting an embryo" women's periods exists to protect the body from pregnancy, to expell a fetus that may be dead or dying & would otherwise rot inside the uterus & kill the woman . The female body is extremely hostile towards pregnancy in order to protect the women - pregnancy is dangerous & permanently changes the body not having a period isn't the body's conscious choice to save energy & prevents you from "nurturing an embryo" it's your body not having enough energy to protect you from a toxic pregnancy. Human pregnancy is extremely physically taxing and it's why it's so difficult to get pregnant, your body purposdfully makes it difficult. Menstruation is about expelling potentially deadly or invasive fetuses, not pointless wasting energy & vital blood & nutrients every month just to make a new uterin lining for no reason because all the femald body is for is making babies.

  • @JA420love

    @JA420love

    4 жыл бұрын

    This is a misinformed opinion about why the body creates a lining in the uterus. I hope that people who read your comment don’t take it as truth. The lining is to support pregnancy. without it or with a too thin lining, many women miscarry perfectly viable embryos that could have developed into healthy babies. It is a very sad thing. But with a thick lining the embryo can attach and become a healthy fetus and eventually a healthy baby! :)

  • @marenm8787

    @marenm8787

    4 жыл бұрын

    @@Moo-fb2kb Um... ok, I was a bit unclear, I guess. I'll try again, but english isn't my first language and I think we partially have very different opinions. I didn't ment to say that the period itself is about supporting an embryo. It i the body expelling an (normally) unfertilized egg cell from the uterus. (And yes, it happens with fertilized egg cells, too and that is very sad, as Jennifer A said). And our body dosn't make conscious decisions. I guess I made it sound that way. But our body can do things without US making a conscious decision. Shutting down processes that aren't essential for immediate survival for example, and reproduction is one of them. A pregnancy is very taxing for the body and it does change it. I realise that, I went through pregnancy and birth and my body isn't the same as before. That is actually what I ment: If your body hasn't enough to sustain this or yourself the cycle tends to stop (not just the period, but Ovulation, too. I don't beliefe, Kristina actually still ovulated, because where would her egg cells go?) But toxic? Not if everythings goes according to "plan". Even though I am a mother (among other things) I do not beliefe the female body's only pupose is to "make babies". But many can. Not all, I know. But it isn't hard for all women, either.

    I used to think that Kristina was an honest but sadly misinformed person. I no longer think that way. Her essential oil video, her response, and some other untruths that she has stated before have led me to believe that Kristina is not an honest actor. I genuinely believe that she is willfully and intentionally lying for her own financial benefit. I first saw her videos in 2010, and people were constantly talking about how skinny she was. She's being dishonest here, as she has been about many things for several years. I would be disappointed in her if I actually expected better.

    12 minutes in ~ That is so interesting. In the wild, if a bear female is under weight, she will temporarily loose her fertility. This is the body protecting itself from a deadly pregnancy in an animal that must hibernate in winter and rely on the foods available, especially in a bad season when trees are not producing as many nuts. I have never heard of this in humans but maybe that is what happened. Perhaps the human body can also avoid a pregnancy if resources are too scarce.

Often the quick drop in blood sugar, even if blood sugar never reaches a technically hypoglycemic range, can induce symptoms of hypoglycemia. Countrychicvegan thanks for sharing that. I’m just an average person who has watched kristina’s videos here and there. I’ve never been a diehard because I’m neither vegan or raw vegan but I’ve watched them occasionally because I like some of her juice and smoothie recipes and I see it as foodspiration. I’ve also never got that message or vibe from her that she was trying to promote disordered eating or anything like that, actually the opposite to try to be more healthy. Unfortunately, if someone has an ED, they’re gonna look to anyone who has a naturally slim body or a diet they idealize for “thinspo”. I think Kristinas figure is natural to her, even though I agree with this video that she should own up to changes she’s made in her diet to eat more and gain more weight as a raw vegan. But that doesn’t mean she is trying to draw people into a disorderly eating lifestyle. It seems like she is on her own health journey and I def don’t agree or abide by everything she’s says but it’s her journey. my point is, I don’t think it’s fair that people put the blame on her that she’s promoting ED because people look to her for thinspo. That’s not her fault. There are thin and healthy people everywhere and any one person could be turned into thinspo or promotion for ED if the person with ED decided to. It’s just about that persons perspective thinking that someone who eats healthy is somehow causing them to further blind themselves that ED is the correct path.

She might have body dysmorphia, you never know what people are going through. ❤

    the problem is that she absolutely is NOT promoting a healthy lifestyle. her lifestyle is dangerous and disordered and has harmed A LOT of people. something tells me that you've never actually tried to live her lifestyle long-term. it is completely evil and people have the right to speak out against evil.

    I don't know why, but she sounds like Jaclyn Hill to me. Just at a lower speed. And about raw food, not Morphe/JHC. Anyway, I unsubscribed from Kristi years ago when her videos started to look uber unrealistic to me (how many tomatoes a day? What?). I was curious about veganism at the time because my youngest sibling became vegan. Took a few videos for me to get tired of looking at raw food dieting. My sibling is still vegan, but they still don't understand that channel either.

    Just have to say that you're the only vegan blogger that I intentionally watch. Realized after almost 10 years of following this lifestyle that I'm sick of watching people that shows unhealthy eating habits without any common sense. Love you for calling these people out and showing that there is "normal" intelligent vegans.

    @@estherwright8531 I seriously doubt that Karen . The only medical issues I can think of that requires to eat meat is a super rare genetic disease where carnitine production is not enough in the body, which still is safer to treat though (widely available) supplements. The scientific concesus is that everyone can be healthy on a plant based diet at any stage of life ( vegan is a philosophy not a diet, educate yourselves.) I'm pretty sure you and people like you are just full of Self-righteous b@llish!t.

    Kristina seems like a very sweet person but the fact that she's always pushing herself so hard makes me believe she has a scary relationship with food. Detoxing. Fasting. 100% raw. Low fat. Its all extreme. She may eat a lot of healthy food but 100% raw is a very restricted diet. She looks like she's struggled with an eating disorder for many years.
