This video showcases our completely new 170 Classic 3.0 camper van build. The Classic 3.0 is a complete plug and play concept. The galley, seats, cabinetry and bed can be removed or added at any time.
For this build, our client opted for a setup that can seat 7 and enough bed space for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. The van also has almost all of our available lighting upgrades and many more of our exterior upgrade options.

Do you guys ever use happijac for the bed system.

No we do not prefer that type of bed system. Even when lifted to the ceiling the bed hangs down 6-8" which makes it very hard to walk under. We like our Bi-slide or double murphy options better.

Mercedes does sell a dually option but we do not recommend it. It limits interior space and is not necessary for the weights of our builds.
First company I heard mentioned gas engine.

@@277kne Diesel engines will last longer but typically have a higher maitenance cost, DEF fluid, oil changes, etc. It can also be difficult to find diesel mechanics. Diesels have lots of torque and fuel economy doesnt really change even with a full load. Gas engines drive like normal cars but when going up hills will suffer.

Sweet van but at $174,000 there must be a ton of markup. I think in 2023 we will see many custom van builders go bust.

170 4x4 or AWD runs just over $80k, materials alon for the build out was nearly $60k not including labor. Like anything quality components and expert install is never cheap but will last longer and perform better.
Need more std roofs.

Seats are all removable and can be adjusted along the track system in the floor.
