I’d love a workout for abs & arms-a while ago, it was a small trend among workout channels and I loved working those muscles as a pair! This workout was so fun to follow along with you-hope you’re doing well!

Just stared this today. 270lb haven't exercised for 20 years and I couldn't manage the third super set but it's a start! Determined to get fit and fabulous for my 50th in 3 years time!

Thank you for making most of your workouts 30 minutes or less - I'm a working mom and 30 minutes is about all I get! And honestly it's been enough as long as the workout is structured properly :)

I really enjoyed doing this workout. I used to avoid dumbbell workouts but you made it easy & enjoyable to me.
I really loved this one! All major muscle groups in 20 mins time. Working in supersets really strains the muscles when you haven't got a lot of time, and I love how the sets are more organized in a strength sort of way, not a cardio circuit. But I love how you still fit a 1 min rest in when the rest of the workouts are like 20 seconds rest. I replaced the lateral raises with rear delt flyes and it was perf! This is one I'll come back to, I loved it!

Just found you today, I will be back again and again. I love the pace and the supersetting. Its not easy to find an upper body workout with dumb bells that is without the jumping or cardio or lunging. I just want upper body day to be upper body day and you've done that for me. Thank you!
