I’m loving the structure of your current workouts. More basic, but really effective. 💪🏻
There are a few things I particularly liked. Quiet music, and sometimes no music, whiche helps me hear you and for me to focus on the movement. I especially like the extra "why" we can arch our back in this case, and the reminders on where Armas should and shouldn't be to avoid injury. Last but not least, I love seeing Jazz. Congratulations on all of the great people, pets and things you've gained these past few years! You're fantastic.

Loved the structure of this workout! I like exercises that are simpler, but crazy effective of you’re using the right form. Your cues are the reason I love this channel, they’re on point!! Also, I hate/love you for those pushups at the end 😉

I just saw you on the news last night! When Covid began and I was stuck working from home and my gym was closed, I found your channel on here and worked out with a lot of your videos! I love these types of workouts! You explain the exercises really well, especially how to position our bodies to avoid injuries and to ensure we're doing the moves correctly. This slower pace and repetitive style allows me to really focus on form ❤

Loved this! I am really enjoying the slow workouts focused on control and form. My goal this year is to add muscle definition, so loving these series. I used to hate workouts that repeated too much, but this style with the little sets is so good! Especially as I have to wake up b4 my kids to work out and my brain isn't really awake yet. I’m really liking the set focused workouts! Some days I want the ones that are all different and some days I want to focus on specific strength training. The super sets make it not as repetitive as you’d think 👍🏻

Holy holy holy moly. WOW. Love all of the simple, repetitive, strength videos like this. I can focus on form and really push the weight. Also, the push-ups at the end were killer! I hope to get better at them too. I realized my push up form WAS SO BAD, but the half push ups feel too easy. But on the MadFit app, one of your videos had us try the booty band trick! That’s what I’ve been using to maintain my push up form but still feel the burn. Such a good trick!

This was great! I love your super-set workouts. Working out at home can be challenging because it's easy to get out of a routine, especially if you're doing it alone. I've always found your super-set workouts very engaging. They help me focus on my form, since we're not switching between exercises as much. I'm already feel the burn and that's when you know it was a good workout, hitting all the right muscles. Thank you and keep up your amazing work!
I was searching KZread for an upper body workout yesterday night and you had just posted this video. It was my workout this morning and I loved it! It's actually already on my "ExercisesTo Repeat" list. 😁 I prefer these simple routines, with basic exercises and not many diferent moves combined. They allow me to focus on my correct form and are much more effective. Congrats, Maddie! Keep up the good work! 👏💪🔥

I've been only doing you workouts for the past 6 months and I just love everything about them! You make it soo simple but also sooo hard there not to much going on its so straight to the point and I love that!! I have improved soo much in my body I can't wait to see my results in another 6 months from now!

I've been doing workouts with you for 1.5 years- very slow progress but consistent (3x a week). I've not lost weight (diet is eh) but have muscle tone and more stability! After having covid in Nov. 2020, I ended up taking 8 months off from working out. Your videos and DB Method machine got me back into exercise with consistency! When I started over in July 2021, I couldn't lift a 25lb dumbell half way. I can now rep a 25lb about 3.5 times and 30 lbs in my 1RM. I casually and uninentionally discovered I could rep 25lbs after doing your 30 min upper body video two weeks ago- so it has pushed me to increase my weights and lift heavier!!

This is a good session for anyone. It was excellent for me to phase myself back in to lifting free weights. With the good weather, it is easier to walk outside but I need a booster to bring me back to the circuit. Thanks Maddie for thinking of everything!

I see my strength increased after following your workout for 2 months, when I started, I cannot do more than 5 pushup with each time struggling, now I can easily follow you and do 15. Same for the core strength, I can do knee crunch without using my arm to lift up. I'm so happy with the change with my body, thank you!!
