I dont know if I could sit there when that prosecutor speaks without telling her how rude and loud she is. She always sounds like a scolding teacher.

Most judges would put her in her place. The judge in Daybell case sure does.

I think the defense attorney is loud and obnoxious. Overbearing

she has a check list of objections that she is going to make, regardless of what may have been said by the prosecutor. She looks so self important when she sits down and checks it off. The one with the GM onstar guy asking him to about the appearance of the phone app. Did he take the photo, did he know who took the photo, jeez is something you can buy. Would she object to someone showing a catalog of gun photos saying the witness wasn't involved with taking those photos.... She will not be liked by the jury. Dale's choice of an abrasive woman as his attorney is overreaching to show he doesn't hate competent women overall. Which he probably does actually.

Kyle Wagner was a very good witness.

Can't believe all these witnesses don't even have the respect to wear something other than jeans and old shirts to testify, and even those in the courtroom...back in the day, people had respect.
