The defense attorney is smart, but she is a bully with a hateful tone. The same questions could have been asked in a more respectful way.

@@pinkpugginz What a ridiculous reply! Don’t know Warner. Never heard of him before this video. I don’t like the defense attorney’s attitude, tone, or manner of questioning. She could have asked the exact questions without browbeating the witnesses. Of course it is her job to aggressively challenge prosecution witnesses. Her manner and tone will do more for the prosecution than the defense!

What is the defense's problem she's very hostile. She's really nasty to this woman, and she's clearly very upset. 😡 😒 Why is she being so confrontational with the witness? Isn't that against the rules and why is the judge letting her do that 🤔

This lady is so upset over her sister in law . This lady was married to Dales brother but her marriage ended due to she believes Dale did something to Dee. The stress of it all was too much for the marriage. I feel bad for her. But she needs to speak up and show more confidence.

That male prosecutor needs to grow a set and put a stop to the defense attorneys bagering the witnesses. !! Shes trying to cover up a lot of was said and done when it comes to Dale!!

If this lady has a sign in her yard it’s irrelevant to this. Also about media did you ask them, irrelevant why isn’t prosecuting attorney objecting to this. ?

Defense is doing her job, the problem is the prosecutor isn't prepared enough to avoid the hearsay issue. And this witness is a tough one.

The defense doesn't have the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt but the prosecution does. Her defense is to discredit the witness. Defense normally, takes the stand to question the info stated via witness but again, normally, gathers info from questions and answers created via the prosecution and the defense questions and answers; discrediting witnesses is the standard. Defense is just doing her job on behalf of the defendant as the majority of attorneys do. This trail is fact finding thru any witness prior to trial.

Does she remember anything? She keeps saying she can't remember, or things like "I'm sure she did"/"I'm sure she has" all the time. For a close friend, I don't understand how she can remember so little. Her friend went missing, and she can't recall a thing. This witness is not doing much for "Justice for Dee" at all.

Dang lady. Sit up. Answer like an adult. Look up at the lawyer asking you questions and take this seriously. Then answer facing the jury. Don't talk in a whiny voice. "Ya" is not an answer! I know you lost a friend and you're sad, but act like you have some class!

IMO the defense attorney wanted to let this witness know that she, the attorney, what's going to be strong and clear about getting some answers. Attorney might have been trying to shake up this witness, who appeared lackadaisical unspoken a monotone voice the whole time. Again, my opinion.
