This is a preliminary hearing which is held to determine, by the judge, whether a crime has been committed and it was the defendant who committed it. That being said I sure hope that if it does go to trial the judge reigns in the attorney’s and their speaking objections

I don't think Judge Frushour would preside over the murder trial, typically it gets bound over for circuit court

Please someone tell Mary to get back in her box. I know they are being paid, lots of money, to defend, but it hurts to see.

Actually in Lenawee Co Jail your allowed to have a wedding band on. All other jewelry isn't allowed.

Lawyers, you can't claim hearsay on behalf of the defendant against claims by the victim if the slayer has affectively prevented the victim from making testimony herself
