I don't really get the second story as much I thought it would have been easy for them to just buy some vegan food on the day of the bachelorette party and the wedding so they could have something to eat. If they're the only people in the wedding party who specified that they needed vegan options I don't get why they just couldn't have bought some the day of, you could easily look up places that sell vegan options and asked specifically what they would like to eat.
