Thanks for the review and showing us these great knives. Over a few years I managed to pick up a number of patterns but it has become almost impossible in the last year as I am in the UK. Still love what they are doing but I had to move on from them.

Before they announced that it was a caplifter I had a feeling that it would be and reserved all 3. Thanks for watching! Remember, there are A LOT of people who buy more knives than I do and don’t take the time to show them and contribute to the community.

@@KnifeThoughts I don't care how many knives you buy. My feeling with GEC knives though is, you have to be on some "incrowd group" to even have a chance. Because all the "big" KZreadrs always seem to have the "luck". That can happen if course. Once in a while. But not so many times. That's my thought about GEC. Not my thought about buyers.

The pull on the lifters on my micartas makes them virtually un-usable. I have 3 and they are all the same. They’re a 9, with that short length they are buggers. I routinely carry 23’s, so I’m a veteran of the stiff pulls, but these are off the charts bad. The Dead Skunk and Cherry are what you would expect on mine.

@@KnifeThoughts No, I honestly don't think they distinguished them that way. The shield did remind me of an old 7-up bottle with plain smooth glass, no riffles, lighter color. It's what I immediately saw in it. lol
