Louis Riddick summarized Pat Mahomes perfectly. We are witnessing greatness. Put the hate aside and understand that this guy is doing things in the sport that have never been done. He is on pace to be the greatest of all time. I remember people saying “wait until they get film on him” 3 Rings later. Do yall have enough film now?

You get the feeling about Mahomes and Andy Reid that you did with Bellichick and Brady. You can hate or love those guys but you can see that the team around them believes in them to the point where everyone plays hard even if they’re not as talented as the opposing teams they beat. When your team believes in their leaders then they want to play hard for each other and make game changing plays like that blocked PAT by the Chiefs, they capitalized off the muffed punt return by the Niners and also the Chiefs defense had Mahomes back after he threw the interception. I’ve seen Brady have similar responses from his teams and I only watched since 2011. It’s what champions do, motivate and rally their guys and keep them calm and collected. As a Cowboys fan I’ll be waiting on the day that they can do what the 90’s dynasty did again. Congrats Chiefs! They’ve beaten the Eagles and Niners twice now in the Super Bowl that’s incredible.

Marketing & Agents milking sponsors gotta get top stars the face time. I agree with you. It would be a lot cooler to have coach in the middle, players locked in arms and less blabbing by NFL talking head, owner, and sportscaster. Pass the mic to the coach, let him talk to the players. After that the sports blabbers can do the interviews in the press room. Also: Both teams should celebrate together on the field a little after champs get all the attention. Players showing respect to their opponents is healthy to see. It's sports, not hate.

I’ve had the Brady GOAT conversation with my homies plenty of times. This is thing. Brady while having the MOST rings, there’s some questions about how he got there. First, you played in a very weak AFC for most of his career outside of Manning and the Colts and sometimes those AFC North defenses gave him problems. If we’re comparing the first 3 Super Bowl wins of Brady to Mahomes first 3, I’d argue Brady won largely because of the defense. The Chiefs won because of Mahomes. Mahomes also faced way better competition in his 3 playoff/Super Bowl runs than Brady did in his. I give Brady credit for beating that Greatest Show on Turf Rams team, but otherwise beating Jake_Delhomme and a mediocre Donovan Mcnabb was easy money. Scary thing is Mahomes is only 28 and doesn’t even have an elite receiver 😆
