I believe that every Sheriff, of every county in the U.S. Should give a weekly, or at least monthly press conference on the status of what has gone on in their County. Whether they do it by Local News TV or Social media. At least by doing so, the community is aware of what is taking place around them. Sheriff Grady is doing the kind of job that every Sheriff should be following. Also I Thank the 80 Sheriffs in Illinois that refuse to enforce the unconstitutional law that the Governor signed into law against semi-automatic rifles.

Why don't we discuss the reason they were not in jail for their many felons. Call out the prosecutor and judges that are allowing this to continue. Sir, as Paul Harvey would say " and now the rest of the story". Give us names and how these case moved through the courts..

Except that he undermines all constitutionally based fair trial notions when he needlessly goes into details surrounding criminal cases on air. He apparently believes in trial by media instead of trial by the courts. Also, doing this may help his reelection bids. He should be professional and keep his facts and details for the courts. If and when he is wrong you'll have innocent people having great difficulty getting a fair trial. It's not his job to air details.

If your minor child is at a house party at 2am this is who they are hanging out with. You are not a good parent, don't bitch if they end up in jail or worse. My oldest son came home past his curfew and I locked him out of the house. He cried outside and I cried inside. An hour later I let him in and had a long talk with him. Today he's a Phd developing a drug treatment for brain cancer. Being a parent is the hardest job you will ever love.
