For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Jesus Christ loves you so much that He died for your sins and rose from the dead. If you repent from evil ways, believe that Jesus has paid the fine for your sins on the cross and confess Him as your Lord, you will be saved. You see, we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, that's why Jesus Christ, fullness of Godhead bodily, lived a perfect life, fulfilled the prophecies and law, shed His Blood at the cross just so you could be forgiven, reconciled back to the Father, receive God's love, be made a new creation, whole, sanctified. It's not about religion and what good works you can do to earn salvation, it's only by grace through faith in the finished works of Jesus Christ. Read God's Word, preferably start with Gospel of John, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you, give you wisdom and revelation that way you're born again and see your life changed by the Spirit of the Most High. Much love and God bless you!

02:21 😌 Flow state is essential for productivity and focus; it requires mental engagement alongside physical presence. 05:22 😕 Modern society's pursuit of external validation through material success often leads to unhappiness and unfulfillment. 08:55 😓 Wandering mind breeds unhappiness; the key to happiness lies in being present and focused in your tasks. 12:54 😃 Engaging in tasks that align with your interests and induce flow states brings lasting happiness. 16:10 🌟 Soft factors like mindfulness, sleep, diet, social connection, and flow states contribute more to happiness than material success. 18:43 💪 Pursuing activities that lead to flow states and internal fulfillment ultimately results in a better life, despite potentially lower external rewards. 21:03 🎯 Ambition aligned with tasks in Flow State leads to fulfilling success. 23:23 🌟 Goals achieved through tasks in Flow State are more fulfilling. 26:29 🚀 Achieving Flow State leads to exceptional productivity gains. 29:45 🛑 Minimize Flow Blockers: thoughts, distractions, tasks switching, poor diet, inadequate sleep, technology disruptions. 35:08 📱 Manage technology distractions: use airplane mode, eliminate notifications, minimize interruptions. 39:21 💪 Take action: Implement strategies to optimize focus and productivity. 40:00 🏃‍♂ Prepare for flow: Warm-up your mind for productive sprints with proper setup and planning. 40:42 🎯 Preparation matters: The difference between being unprepared and prepared affects your ability to enter a flow state. Being well-rested, having a good diet, and eliminating distractions contribute to successful preparation. 41:24 🎭 Rituals enhance flow: Athletes often have rituals to enter a flow state, like specific stretches or routines. Developing personal rituals can help transition smoothly into a focused work state. 42:07 📝 Specific task clarity: Rather than vague goals, define precise tasks for your work sessions. This clarity reduces resistance and procrastination and increases the likelihood of flow. 43:31 💻 Set up digital readiness: Before ending your work session, have the necessary documents or pages open digitally so you can dive right in when you start the next session. 44:13 🏋‍♂ Set up your environment: Prepare your physical space with required tools, water, or other necessities to minimize interruptions and maintain focus. 46:19 🚧 Focus maintenance: Staying in a flow state involves repeatedly redirecting your attention to the task at hand, despite momentary distractions or wandering thoughts. 47:56 🔥 Gradual challenge increase: Select tasks that are slightly challenging yet within your skill level. Incremental challenges foster a sense of accomplishment and facilitate flow. 48:11 🧘‍♂ Integrated focus: In a flow state, your mind becomes absorbed in the task, and you're likely to experience heightened performance. Maintain this focus by using techniques like "mean gaze" and persistent effort. 49:05 🎢 Recognize flow cycles: Flow cycles have a peak followed by a decline. Accept that flow states naturally come and go, and take breaks to rest and recharge. 50:01 🛌 Post-flow rest: After a flow session, rest your mind and engage in a different, non-taxing activity. Avoid immediately checking your phone to maintain a clean mental state. 51:54 ⏰ Consistent routines: Establish regular time blocks for flow work. Create a consistent daily routine for focused work sessions to build better productivity habits. 53:18 ☕ Caffeine boost: Consuming caffeine, like black coffee, before starting work can enhance alertness and increase the likelihood of entering a flow state. 54:28 🧠 Challenge balance: Maintain a task's challenge level in alignment with your skill level. Gradually increase challenges over time to avoid frustration and enhance engagement. 57:03 🎮 Gamification: Turn tasks into personal challenges or games, setting scores or goals that motivate and enhance focus. 57:43 👀 Visual concentration: Intense focus, including narrowing your vision and squinting your eyes, can help immerse you in tasks and aid flow state entry. 57:57 🧐 Focus on narrowing your vision to improve concentration during tasks like writing or studying. 58:26 🏞 Expanding your vision, like when looking at a broad landscape, can lead to deeper thoughts and desires. 58:53 🏋‍♂ Athletes perform better with focused training, avoiding distractions during workouts for improved results. 59:36 💪 Effective workouts challenge both physical and mental states; maintain a flow state during intense exercises. 01:00:19 📵 Avoid distractions by not bringing your phone to the gym; maintain focus for better performance. 01:04:00 🎶 Consider working out without music or lyrics to cultivate self-motivating thoughts and affirmations. 01:06:00 🏋‍♀ Warm-up by raising your body temperature before workouts to enter a flow state more easily. 01:14:20 💑 Being fully present in relationships, conversations, and intimate moments enhances the quality of connections. 01:15:14 💼 Flow states apply to work and relationships, impacting happiness and emotional well-being. 01:15:42 🌟 Flow state can lead to extreme happiness or depression, depending on the context. 01:16:09 🧠 Relationships get boring when the challenge decreases while skills remain high. 01:17:19 🎮 Increase challenge in relationships to prevent boredom, similar to leveling up in video games. 01:18:17 💬 Deep conversations increase challenge in relationships, fostering growth and connection. 01:19:56 🌟 Breathing deeply and focusing on sensations during sex can enhance intimacy and spiritual connection. 01:21:59 🤝 Cultivate attentive listening skills to deepen connections through meaningful conversations. 01:25:02 🌊 Deep breathing practices can lead to longer-lasting and more fulfilling sexual experiences. 01:29:37 🌀 The concept of "ego death" aligns with merging into a task during flow states and spiritual experiences. 01:31:52 💪 Consistently push your boundaries, maintain flow, and keep increasing challenges to experience continued growth. 01:34:45 🤯 Consistently prioritize entering flow state; it's crucial for self-discovery and spiritual growth. 01:35:28 🧠 Practice mindfulness and bring your mind back to the present moment for tasks, regardless of their nature. 01:35:56 ⚠ Beware of getting hooked on external results; prioritize intrinsic motivation and mental perception. 01:36:39 🌟 Authentic living, character, and values lead to a fulfilling life, not just worldly success. 01:37:07 📚 Further growth resources and education for becoming a higher-tier man of character are available at the mentioned link. I won’t lie as someone who plays guitar as a hobby listening to music helps me get into a flow state far more in the gym. When listening to rock and whatnot you break down the song itself into layers. Wondering what chord is what and how the composition works altogether. It’s killing two birds with one stone. Flow while exercising, motivation and getting better at a hobby I love.

Hamza, I'm not sure you'll read this lol probably not but since I see you're getting into spirituality I really recommend 2 spiritual "gurus" (I'm pretty sure they both rejected that word but whatever) called Osho and Krishnamurti. They're pretty popular in the spiritual community and their teachings have worked for me tremendously. They're pretty harsh so I understand if they're not for everyone but trust me when I say they're worth giving a chance. Osho is a bit more controversial I guess but I really really like his teachings. (he was also really well-read) If you're thinking of getting into spirituality just know that the path is ardous mentally lol but it's literally the journey of a lifetime and very much worth it. Best of luck!! (P.D. I happen to be one of the 3% of women who watch this channel and I have to say I'm so happy to see men finally encouraging emotional intelligence, family, spirituality, commitment, etc. We've been waiting for this for so damn long lol.)

Since past 10 days I was studying for 8-10 hrs a day and barely got time to think about foolish things and yesterday I took a break and literally just after getting a shower I started to get negative thoughts and the whole day I was sad and just because of this, my today's productivity was also very low and just then I saw this video .

This is the video that I needed to hear for a very long time, I have trouble keeping a conversation or being understanding when talking to someone. And one day with a group of friends I randomly had this some type of energy that clicked into me and with that energy I could keep the conversation going longer I was understandi ng towards the people that I was talking too, I was focused I felt this great superior enjoyment when doing so. After like a hour or so I started to go back to that unfocused low-energy not understanding state of mine and that energy was litterly like getting sucked out of me(not the weird way💀). So I started researching about it I couldn’t find the name of what this random energy was. So this video learned me about it, and I can promise you if this state of energy is mastered your going to feel much happier and superior and a connection to others and your going to enjoy the things you doing while being in the flow state. Hamza you’re content is amazing! ( sorry for my bad grammar I’m not English)

I get so deeply into focus that 10 miles goes by so comfortably. I recently tried to run with music and after 2 miles I turned it off because the distraction was making me feel anxious and scatter brained. I love the silence on long runs now

I would say that 90% of our sharpness is around our capability to fight intrusive thoughts and do not fantasize about them. Just getting back to the task ahead. I feel well and happy when I do that. Fasting, carnivore diet, etc, are very important too. But the development of this painful skill of getting back the focus to the task you’re currently doing is life changing. Another masterpiece from Hamza, thank you. 02:32 😌 Flow state is essential for focus and productivity in various aspects of life. 05:08 😔 A wandering mind leads to unhappiness; flow states promote presence and connection. 09:08 🏭 The shift towards materialism has led to unhappiness; true happiness lies in engaging, meaningful work. 12:53 🤔 Pursuing external validation and material success can lead to shallowness and a lack of fulfillment. 20:09 🙌 Prioritize flow state activities aligned with your passions over external achievements for genuine happiness. 21:03 🧠 Align tasks with Flow State for meaningful ambition. 22:27 🌟 Balance material success with tasks that induce Flow State. 26:29 ⚡ Flow State can make you significantly more productive. 29:45 🚫 Identify and minimize flow blockers (distractions, tasks switching, etc.). 35:08 📱 Technology management: Airplane mode, notification control, and focus extensions. 40:42 📝 Adonis prepares beforehand for flow state work by minimizing flow blockers like maintaining a good diet, proper sleep, and disabling notifications. 41:53 📝 Effective preparation for flow state work includes clarifying specific tasks, having digital resources ready, and setting up your physical workspace. 46:06 📝 The process of getting into a flow state involves repeatedly refocusing on the task, squinting your eyes to stay intensely focused, and pushing through the initial struggle. 49:05 📝 Flow state productivity comes in bouts of around 60-120 minutes; recognize when the flow is fading, wrap up the current task, and take a rest to maintain effectiveness. 53:18 📝 Enhance your ability to enter flow states by using caffeine, matching the challenge to your skill level, making tasks like a game, and using specific vision techniques to focus. 57:57 🤓 Narrowing your vision can lead to focused thoughts and deep thinking. 58:12 🏔 Broadening your vision, like on a mountain, can lead to high-level thoughts and desires. 58:53 🏋‍♂ Effective workouts require mental focus and dedication; avoid distractions like phones. 01:00:19 📱 Mind wandering and distractions lower gym performance and hinder gains. 01:11:17 🏋‍♂ Warm up properly, stay sweaty, and wear suitable clothing for an optimal workout and flow state. 01:15:28 🤔 Work and relationships can lead to extreme happiness and depression; flow states play a role. 01:16:09 🎮 Relationships become boring due to decreasing challenge while skills remain high. 01:18:03 🗣 Deepening conversations increases challenge in relationships and maintains interest. 01:19:43 🛌 Practices like enlightened sex can enhance intimacy by focusing on breathing and connection. 01:30:06 🕊 Overlaps between spiritual concepts and flow state: ego dissolution, leaning beyond your edge, and finding purpose. 01:34:30 🤯 Maintain flow state and intrinsic motivation by continually following flow state rules and avoiding distraction. 01:35:13 🙌 Prioritize flow state as part of your identity and practice it in various tasks for personal discovery and spiritual benefits. 01:35:56 💡 Remember that external results won't fundamentally change your experience of life; flow state and perception matter most. 01:36:25 🛑 Don't trade genuine spiritual growth for materialistic pursuits; authenticity and character are essential. 01:37:07 📚 Explore further self-improvement resources and aim to become a higher-tier man of character; focus on virtues, not just external success. Implement changes like disabling notifications and optimizing your environment for focus to reclaim your time and attention.* 40:42 📅 *Clarify Specific Tasks: Before entering a flow state, clarify the exact task you'll be doing. Avoid vague plans and be specific about what needs to be accomplished.* 43:17 ☑️ *Digital Readiness: Prepare everything digitally the night before, open relevant pages, and set up your workspace. This reduces friction and helps you jump into work seamlessly.* 44:13 🔄 *Load the Weights for Future Self: Set up your environment like a coach setting up weights for an athlete. Make the physical and digital space conducive to productivity.* 45:38 📝 *Create a Preparation Checklist: Develop a step-by-step checklist for your pre-work routine. Include activities like cold showers, meditation, and having essentials ready.* 46:47 🚧 *Overcoming Initial Resistance: Getting into a flow state may feel like trudging through snow initially. Stay persistent, refocus when your mind wanders, and establish a rhythm to enter the flow.* 47:56 👀 *Maintain Intense Focus: Use a focused gaze, squinting your eyes at the task, to help maintain concentration. Repetition of refocusing is key to entering a flow state.* 48:25 🎉 *Entering Flow State: Flow state is achieved when your mind is fully integrated into the task, and there is no extraneous thought. It's not a sudden magical experience but a state of focused productivity.* 49:33 ⏰ *Recognize the End of Flow State: Flow state has a duration, typically between 60 and 120 minutes. Recognize signs like slumping posture and repetitive thoughts as indicators to wrap up the current work bout.* 51:54 🔄 *Consistent Flow State Routine: Set a consistent routinefor flow state work bouts, preferably at the same time each day. This helps in establishing a rhythm and enhances productivity over the long run.* 53:33 ☕ *Flow State Hacks: Use caffeine strategically, ensure tasks match your skill level, and turn tasks into games for intrinsic motivation. Adjust challenges to keep tasks engaging without overwhelming yourself.* 57:57 🎯 *Narrowing your vision, whether staring at a sentence when writing or focusing on a small detail, helps increase concentration and enter a flow state.* 58:40 🏋️‍♂️ *To achieve a flow state in workouts, choose a specific focal point, resist distractions (e.g., checking the phone), and treat each session as a focused practice to improve performance.* 59:50 🧠 *Mental flow state is crucial in workouts; distractions like mind-wandering, checking phones, or irrelevant thoughts lower performance, impacting gains and plateauing progress.* 01:01:31 📱 *Avoid bringing your phone to the gym; distractions disrupt flow state. Engage in intense, mentally challenging workouts without constant phone checking to achieve better results.* 01:02:41 🔄 *Consider choosing workouts that induce a flow state. Shift from extrinsic motivation to finding joy in the activity. CrossFit-style workouts may provide a mental challenge.* 01:04:45 🚫 *Avoid bringing your phone to the gym to maintain focus. Distancing from distracting music and external motivation can enhance the mental aspect of workouts.* 01:08:30 🎶 *Challenge the need for music during workouts; training in silence or with instrumental music can lead to better self-motivation and affirmations, reducing dependence on external influences.* 01:11:17 🔥 *Warm-up is crucial for entering a flow state in workouts. Increase body temperature by wearing warmer clothing; sweating enhances the workout experience and mental focus.* 01:13:51 🕵️ *Plan your workout attire to be slightly warmer than usual. Wearing a hoodie, thicker pants, or shorts can induce sweating, contributing to better workouts and flow states.* 01:14:48 💑 *Achieving a flow state in relationships is essential for meaningful connections. Presence and consciousness in interactions lead to fulfilling and genuine connections.* 01:15:28 🌊 *Work and relationships can bring extreme happiness and sadness, often related to being in a flow state or facing challenges.* 01:16:09 🎮 *Relationships can become boring when the challenge decreases, and skill remains high, akin to playing a video game on a beginner's level forever.* 01:17:50 🗣️ *To prevent relationships from getting boring, increase the challenge and difficulty, particularly in conversations, by asking deeper and more meaningful questions.* 01:22:56 🌌 *Explore enlightened sex by focusing on merging with your partner and addressing blocks in your sexuality, emphasizing proper breathing techniques.* 01:29:37 📘 *Overlapping principles between achieving a flow state and spiritual growth, including the importance of ego dissolution, leaning beyond your edge, and finding your purpose.* 01:34:01 ⏩ *To maintain progress, continually challenge yourself just beyond your current abilities, similar to adding weight in weightlifting to keep growing in various aspects of life.* 01:34:30 🔄 *Maintain the practice of entering Flow State consistently to avoid boredom, following the flow state rules and avoiding egotism.* 01:35:13 🧠 *Prioritize and schedule the regular practice of getting into a flow state to discover oneself and gain spiritual benefits.* 01:35:41 ⚠️ *Be cautious of the modern world's influence, as external desires may distract from the intrinsic motivation of experiencing life through flow states.* 01:36:10 🌟 *Remind yourself that external results won't fundamentally change your life experience; focus on the intrinsic value of getting into a flow state.* 01:36:39 🔄 *Don't trade spiritual well-being for material desires promoted by influencers; live authentically to yourself for a fulfilling life.* 01:37:07 📚 *Explore Adonis School if you aspire to become a higher-tier man of character, emphasizing virtues and values beyond traditional success metrics.* Made with HARPA AI

Joining Adonis School was the best thing I could do, finally felt part of a group, found people like me, people who deserve altruistic behavior, supportive men who want to improve the quality of life of all the community. You also have the opportunity to find people near you on the map It's amazing how this community helps each other. The content inside is extremely valuable, I've understood a lot of things, the courses are very high quality, well structured, valuable, complete. There are also calls with coaches who can answer your questions on different aspects of our life. There are also good ways to make money. This school has the best ROI possible, and by the time it gets better and better. Worth every single cent

@@TheSageOfSixPacks No, there is a course about that, but there are others. An affiliate marketing made very worth by Hamza, a guide on how to use skool to make money, and a part of productivity course that helps you understand what is a business
