Hey bro. Here’s your summary guy: Step 1: The Directions Set clear goals. Don't have more than 3 extremely important goals. Think about your goals 24/7, but don't let them control you. Step 2: The Distractions Cut all bad habits (EVERYTHING SHOULD BE REMOVED). No "off days" if you want to be successful. The World is full of bullshit distractions, just stay away and save yourself for once. If you have less fun now, you'll have more fun in the future. Step 3: The Basic Attack If you are trying to quit your bad habits, change your basic attack. It means changing what you do in your free time to avoid resorting back to bad habits (E.g. playing games - watching podcasts, doing the bad deed - reading books). Consuming content is not bad. Educational content is better than not consuming content at all (depending on your condition). Improve your thoughts, you will take action eventually. Step 4: The 1 Task Rule What is the 1 task that will achieve 80% or more of your goal? For example, a KZreadr only needs to record and upload a video to achieve almost everything that he wants. Do that task, and keep things simple.

8 months ago, this video changed my life. I had just faced my first rejection from a girl, and i felt like i needed to focus on myself a bit to gain back confidence. This video implanted this mindset of setting clear goals, and then trying to achieve them, and I'll keep this habit of mine for a long time. I don't really watch Hamza anymore, i got what i needed from him, plus his opinions are too extreme for me, but at the time his videos were really precious to me. Thanks for putting "- Hamza" after every quote. I did not know whose video I was watching, and seeing that every quote from this video was said by "Hamza" really helped me.
This video really did something to me. I haven't felt like playing video games for 2 weeks now. I've been trying to get better as a programmer to get a better job and I suddenly got all this motivation to study and build shit like never before. The idea that I would spend any amount of time on video games when I have this more important goal in front of me seems insane to me now. It felt so overwhelming before because there's so much to learn with programming but that was because I was spending so little time on it and spending more time playing games. Now I cut out the games and I have all this time to just learn what I need to learn. I can see the path forward now and that gives me more motivation to keep going.
Im a 13 year old boy I was feeling shit about everything.playing games, eating junk food, not exercising was my daily habits I knew that i was just wasting my time with those things And you are the person who made me have a great mindset ❤❤ Love you hamza ❤

The way Hamza himself gets genuently hyped up when spitting absolute facts tells a lot about his reasons doing this, these topics covered in this video has helped him and will also help us. Thank you Hamza.
Monk mode is something I thought about before Hamza posted this video, but It’s so cool to see someone talk about this for >1 hour. I’ve already had the idea having a 6-12 month period where I simply learn, implement and teach, which this video can help me start with.
Man, it's hard to do such a focused 1 hour video, especially unfiltered. Hamza is doing some incredible work ❤
earlier this year i was in between a rough divorce my parents were going through. I found some horrible things out about my father, and realised he wasnt a man at all. thanks to hamza ive been able to educate myself, and put myself in a direction which is beneficial to me, and to my loved ones (eg gf and mum), so thankyou hamza.
Thank you, brother. It is fascinating how you can record a 1-hour video full of impactful information in one go.
Hamza, I wanna let you know I'm so thankful for your content. You upload quite long videos very frequently and make a lot of people change their mindsets. Thank you for all your content
Today I've told my younger brother to start watching your videos . Your're such an inspiration bro
Please continue with this type of content. I can listen to these long form gemstones of wisdom while doing my day to day tasks at my full-time job work and it is enriching my soul with ideas that help me grow as a person. I have gained an elevated sense of respect for you brother with these last few long-form videos you've posted, these few are worth infinitely more than the hundreds of short edited videos you've put out. If the old style made people say you've saved their lives, fuck that, this type of shit is on a whole other level.
Thank you for your work Hamza, I've been watching you for months. I'm finally breaking free. Filling my life with good habits. I don't aim to be successful, I'll become the man whose daily habits bring success.
When I first took the test I had a score of 17 i depression and 12 in anxiety. I just took the test again to see where im at 3 months into self improvement and my depression score is 2 and anxiety is 1. I'm so grateful for Hamza because if it wasn't for him I'd still be in the higher range. Thank you.

I've been trying my best to do meditation, journaling and working out for 3 months now(working out and journaling wasn't very consistent hence not much gains) but I find my self more depressed. This is because I only did this basic stuff. Now I've decided to worl towards actual goals. Wish you luck on your journey
This one really flipped the switch in me Hamza, thanks a lot. Whole video encapsulates the meaning of self improvement. Do the hard work especially when you don’t feel like it. 😙
So I started listening to Hazma and another guy and I have listened read over 100 books and these 2 guys have sparked something in me that led me to do something I have always wanted to do. I posted my first KZread channel motivational video last night. I didn’t over think it like always, did what I could, came out so so and posted. The journey has begun 🙏.

Yeah in my opinion, those that will get to the point where they are on self improvement are those who hit rock bottom, e.g Hamza played 10 hours a day on RuneScape and I would average 6-8 hours a day on Tiktok staying up till 4am thinking I was doing really fking well if I went to sleep before 3, most people will never reach that level so most won't understand self improvement to the same level we do

I'm not a dude, but I apply the same principles as mentioned in your video. My "free" time is filled up with books and educational videos and podcasts. It's amazing how I upped my emotional intelligence, self awareness, and created a habit of self reflection throughout or at the end of the day to the point that it is something that arises naturally for me to think on. I really appreciated you getting down to that "what would be that one thing"... Because less is truly more and helps us zoom in considering our goal.
Hamza, thank you! You really turned my life forever. I don’t mind if you read this or not, but because of you it will never be the same! One of my goals is to meet the guy like you and become your friend. I will try my best
I just wanna say. Hamza is a lot different then most of these masculinity channels. He isn’t manipulating us trying to make us believe we will never be on his level. You said it right hamza I started watching educational videos and motivational videos like a year ago and rn I am taking actions without even knowing that when you mentioned this in your video its like a spark just popped in my brain like yeah you are so right on it I am back into college I am trying to stop all the bad habits I gained for the last 3 years and it is actually working so good for me I have a clear visions about what I want to be in the future and how to reach that spot thank you man Remember people if you don’t suffer you won’t make it it is the hard truth
Your 'basic attack' and time learning before taking actions make so much sense, thank you Hamza. I have been wondering what's wrong with myself when I cannot do what I've learned. But then I realise, it takes time for the lessons to sink in and do the good habit.

This is the best video i ever seen on my whole life, thank you Hamza.
This video was incredible.I found myself smiling whenever hamza said a new thing that he did because he said the exact things that I did if that makes sense. This helped me realize i’m actually making progress and I’m thankful hamza 👊
Watching these long format videos during Ramadan is really nice, thanks for uploading
I urge everyone watching this video to not skip the stage 3 part. I can 100% resonate with the message in it.
Man this video keeps reading My mind, it tales months to finally undestand that Bad habits should be 100% gone, but sometimes u don't have with what to full ur time, I really gotta sit down and make a good plan about how to reach My goals
I'm 13 ¾ years old. Ramadan finishes tomorrow and I had made a goal to myself to get my screen time from 8 to 3 hours a day. Still pretty ass but this was a massive change for me. I watered my plants went for walks (around thrice a week) and thank god for the place I live in to be filled with so many kind people and beautiful nature. I didn't Meditate at all but I will start it after ramadan is over. My goal now (without having the worry of not consuming food and getting tired easily) is to lose fat, go for 7.5k steps each day, Meditate 10+ mins, shadow box until I'm prepared for hitting the bag, correct my sleeping schedule and a lot more stuff. The single worst thing that has affected me was youtube shorts, an endless feed of stimulation throughout which led to me having 5 hours+ of screen time. I need tips on how to solve this issue and overcome watching youtube entirely, but I think I will find out hoe to avoid it during my summer break. I also have to start Journaling, and stop wasting my time on dumbass things. Fapping too is a bad habit. Overall, I think I'll make it.

The fact you are here and tell your story and what is holding you back means you are already see whats going on.. thats step 1.. you cant make these bad habits disapear overnight. The seed is planted already.. all you have to do is water the seed and take care of the growth. You got this!

Hi Hamza, I started my self-improvement journey 2 weeks ago. First 3 days were just living hell that i was constantly thinking about video games and shit. By the days go by my brain was refreshing day by day. And the moment u said about cutting out your shitty friends i thought why cant i just change them like me boom i felt soo happy when i got that thought so i just messaged to him "lets meet i have things to talk about" now im gonna change his life too. Thank you Hamza

I am 21, hearing something like this at the age you are watching this would've been life altering. Don't take it for granted. Also brother, here's another shortcut... Turn to God but not through blind faith but logic and reason. Keep building your life up and exceed all the expectations you have set for yourself God-willing

I take pride in the fact that I have gotten one friend on a full self improvement journey, the same one I was going through myself, and I feel more responsibility knowing he is looking up to me. *this is your best video yet, I don't know how you are this smart, but massive respect to you man.

Brother it's these kind of videos that have gotten you to the top of the self improvement yt niche
You so real man..I feel like I'm sitting right infront of you listening to you
What Hamza said about listening to self-improvement advice without taking action straight away is so true. I myself have been a game addict since around 6 years old (i am 20 now). I have been watching hamza from when i was around 19. All this time he has said gaming is bad and stuff. After hearing that, its not like i immadiately stopped gaming. Its just that hearing it so many times, i started to actually think the same way, and every time i played a video game, over time i started telling myself while i was playing 'wtf am i doing, im wasting my time'. This mindset builds up so much that eventually i stopped gaming. I have been 'clean' of videogaming for about a month now (and that's so much coming from someone who used to game 8+ hours a day if possible). Thank you hamza for your amazing video's. They've helped me so much so far.

Now, I'm not as attached to video games as you were, but i completely agree with you. I'm 17, playing video games (elden ring) for 1/1.5 hours a day. I have goals for me right now. I'm busy in studying high-level highschool math and i have computer science classes, so i take a lot of responsibility for taking care of my study schedule and making sure i don't neglect it. but i also want to be a musician, and i want to continue practice the guitar after 3 (quite lacking) years. i also want to learn how to drive. But all of this can't happen if i keep feeding my brain with interactive distractions at 60 frames per second. at the beginning of the video when hazma said to picture my goals, it was a hard decision for me to take, but i decided that until june 20th (3 months from now and the end of 11th grade), i half my video game consumption, and by the end of December i cut it entirely. I'd try to replace it with mainly meditation. it will help me clear my mind and prepare it for more guitar practice with my recording tools, and studying on how to drive, and earning money and having a life. wish me luck, random comment guy

Exactly what i need rn, there's a exam 3 weeks away from me.. it's literally going to decide my life.. Really excited to put this monk mode in and change my and my future generations Life
Thank you hamza, this is what I needed all along. I feel this will be what can change me
Being a girl I'm obsessed with your knowledge and going to change my life only because of you thanks a lot Hamza ❤️
Can you make an updated full guide to self improvement. Your old one was very good but I think with all of the new content it would be a few hours longer. Thank you Hamza
The most difficult thing for me to sort in my life has alwaya been and still is my sleeping pattern. Writing this at 3am, i just feel there is never enough time in the day and then use up all the time in the night would love a video(or to be directed somewhere else) to get the disicpline to sort that out. Great video as always, your video on religion, as well as Jordan Peterson talking on creating a relationship with God helped me massively into accepting I have always kinda been lowkey religious and its not something I should be scared of accepting in myself. Thank you again, keep going brother.
i watched this video 4 weeks ago thinking it was not for me as i was doing a lot of good habits and was being productive but i still watched, now in a span of 1 month i lost all my progress that took 6-7 months and it pains me to even write this comment but i gotta face reality ,i will never get complacent in my life ever again.LESSON LEARNED
I have quit gaming, have started exercising 5 days a week with great results, I am doing copywriting and studying at Uni. This all happened between ages 17-18, thanks to you Hamza... I sincerely appreciate it. I don't think "I need to fix my life", but I still will do this monk mode to see how far I can take myself before 2024.😊 Stay hungry❤
