Live in the present! Tomorrow will worry about itself!
Notes: - nobody actually cares about you so much - improve your meantl health - get off of social media (educational videos such as these are fine) - have something else to care about instead (have something to live for) nobody remembers your awkward/embarassing past (you remember it therefore your mind believes everyone else will) - practice stoicism (emotional stability/control) - rather than comparing yourself to others, choose to compete with others

Hamza I want to thank you for everything you have done for me. A year ago (before I discovered your channel) I worked on improving myself, but during the summer a got a huge setback due to my lack of discipline. Now I came across your channel two months ago and you’ve really helped me to get my life back on track. I’ve started to work-out regularly again, started no-fap, improved my skills with girls and i’m improving my mental health. There are still some crucial things I could be doing better like getting more sleep and spending less time on social media and games. But I’m certain I can overcome these bad habits in the very near future. Thank you for your great work Hamza and keep inspiring these young men out there who need your help!❤

i always used to care exactly what everyone thought of me, but lately i have been going more to the gym, cleaning my room, cooking healthy food, being abroad on my own for 10 weeks, getting better results in school, getting a job, ect. and what i have noticed is that my confidence has gone up tremendously, my social skills have gone up tremendously and i dont nearly care as much of what random people think of me. Ive even been approached en been talking to girls which normally i would be wayyy to scared to do. I'm extremely grateful that i found your channel Hamza

I'm 33 and I have to say. Hamza is very good. Take what he says, but also don't sleep on his workrate. Mindset is everything and being present is how we move. I'm still learning ✊🏽.
exactly what I needed right now. I was talking about starting a business to a lot of people these days and literally 99% of people take it negatively., saying its a bad idea as a college student about to graduate. but I know 100% that it will work, considering how much research I have done on it I even had a passive aggressive fight with two girls (they called me for something, but I didn't pick up and replied after hours, saying I was busy, they ignored the message in return) I will break friendship with these girls, and the negative people

Hamza I love you bro you’re speaking such facts! Thank you for educating these lost men. Having a relationship with God will also exterminate all depression cuz you find your worth and realize how special you are :) Stay up my kings you are a diamond in the dirt🙌🏼
My mindset on not giving F*** is like always saying “ so what “ to almost anything or anyone that are not in my alignment, Like so many people round me sputtering blah-blahs, like those who are insecure to successful and growing ppl. also, I cut connections on people who are too taxing on my energy (specifically this annoying guy that I used to help, now got tired of him ) and not working on their self-concept, even I kept on helping them out. It just became tiring helping them and not listening. Second: I always tell myself I AM THE VALIDATION OF MY ACTIONS. it automatically gives me that attitude of IDGAF even people round me say arrogant, lol 😂, but only those who are great with me love my energy, and always love my view about life. Most people view me as positive and charismatic .. good video
I sometimes think about random stupid people for so long. It really is a blessing if you can say fuck it and carry on with your day
Hamza I'm grateful for finding this video, i really needed something like this as I'm going through something

As always a great video Hamza 👍🏻 banger after banger! But I need to address the topic about depression and medication. Your absolutely right, you can control your habits for example like meditation or hitting the gym, but at some degree you need professional help. When professionals (doctors, therapists, psychiatrists) who have spent their entire lives studying, recommend you to take medicine then you should consider it!

I agree with the part that we as men can control our feelings and emotions. I would say tho its not the same daily, some days is easy some days it is hard to control those dark thoughts but those are the days you need to work on yourself the hardest.
Videos keep getting better and better
I mostly agree with your advices. I'm not triggered when you speak about mental health, i know, in a way that it's a matter of mindset, but sometimes reality is more complex. i suffer from a bipolar disorder and ADHD, for more than 20 years now, and there is no " magical switch button" to change this, i have to live with these, i have to take meds everyday, i have to see a therapist, and even with all my will to improve myself, and i do, it's not a mindset its a pathology, if i would stop taking meds, and i did it in the past, i had to be hospitalized. there is a big difference betwween, feeling depressed and suffer from depression. i'm not complaining , it's just a reminder that mental health is a serious issue.
Before knowing about Hamza, I wasn't motivated to improve, I never even thought about meditation and self improvement, but now thanks to Hamza I meditate every single night before bed, whilst praying that God will bless me a good night sleep and an amazing tommorow to wake up to with courage. Thank you, Hamza

Was gonna kms but u came in clutch twin
Well. Here are some goals for life First one : the main pursuit Think and reflect about it : can you live a whole life pursuing your desires and pleasures and try to fill em ? No you couldn’t do so. This is like a black hole that you trying to fill but it just never get filled up. You should aim wayyy higher I advise to look for the afterlife and it sconcept. The Islamic one (far away from terrorism , bombs and all that bullshit) is the most perfect one. It just gives sense to your life !! You will learn by it that : Nothing lasts forever No time to worry about dumb shit like “what do ppl think about me” You just will be happy knowing that there’s nothing that you will submit to expect God , Nothing and no one can benefit or harm you expect by God S’Will , that He cares for you way more than what you think. Some of your burdens are going to be lifted up. You will be at real state peace. Just give it a try and learn more about it Other goals - build a real strong mental - get rich - improve your lifestyle - get some real shit knowledge - build up your fcking body - find a sincere , real, pretty , pious girl that you wanna end up your days with Stop wasting time guys. Wake up and get things fixed for the best ! I would advise you to watch a KZread video called “The reality of life” by “MercifulServant” channel. It’s about 10min I think. And it is very inspiring.
When I do something even when I don’t feel like it I say, ADONIS!!!
