I was wondering if you can design a short program for developing power for lache - I’m trying ninja warrior - I got the lache down but I don’t have that power on the front swing or back swing yo get more distance and save time and energy on starting my swing

What are the names of these single exercises??
What are the names of each exercise?
Do workout for acceleration and start
What’s the name of the 2nd exercise
just subscribed, ur the best bro for sharing these
How many rest time betwen sets
What do you call the second workout
How much rest?
You could easily EASILY tell where his calves are Even if someone didn’t know what Calves were you could see them
All good, but: l,m not sure that jumping while holding a barbell is good for the knees longterm.
Can I for example do bodybuilding workouts first for 30 min max not to many aets and reps Then last 15-20 this workouts as a circuit two or 3 rounds ?

No, do this first and then your bodybuilding stuff.
Calves🎉
how long should you rest??
@aight5361

I would say 45 sec rest per set and 1:45 every time you switch the exercise
@mxchvl6820

you need to develop as much power as possible in each repetition so rest should be longer, 1,5 - 3 min between sets

Dude, don't live your legs like that when you do the bench squat. No benefit. Just keep your feet on the floor and explode up
No, no no no no no. not the 1st one..a spine injury waiting to happen. Never ever do this exercise.
You can't develop jump. If you're already fir, you'd never improve your jumping beyong 1-2". It is what it is.

@@caution934 How high can you jump? How much can you improve it? What's the max you could ever jump after optimal training? Now, can you improve it? If your answer is "no," then you agree with me. If your answer is "yes, I can improve it," then you're deluded. Now, assuming you're not deluded and answe "no," take that number for every person on earth. Is it the same for everyone? If you say "yes," then you're deluded again. If you say "no, it differs based on genetics," then you're a logical human being who knows a thing or two about genetics.
