Carrying that water is a good representation of carrying the message of Rastafari. It's a struggle that can feel overwhelming at times, but it's necessary for life.

The music playing at the very start is called Mbira Music and its Played mainly in Zimbabwe where it originates as the music/genre takes its name from the very same instrument that usually single handedly blankets the entire song n Riddim. ..barry hinslewood ? Lol , u can add any kind of beat on top of mbira ,even hip hop n those that don't know mbira won't even notice coz they don't kno it but anyone from Zimbabwe will tell u Mbira is mainly played as the spiritual music linking us the living beings and our ancestors to our God,Musikavanhu(the creator) mostly the players of the instrument have very strong natural dreadlocks that can be very thick even as big as a palm of a hand

"Colonialism and the policy of racism impose soul searching questions of human rights, weighing equally on the conscience of all men and nations of good-will. History amply shows that the freedom enjoyed by the many becomes fragile when the denial, even to the few, of basic human rights is tolerated. Our efforts as free men must be to establish new relationships, devoid of any resentment and hostility, restored to our belief and faith in ourselves as individuals, dealing on a basis of equality with other equally free people. We believe in cooperation and collaboration to promote the cause of international security, the equality of man and the welfare of mankind." H.I.M. Haile Selassie I
