Bubbling 'Bash Rasta Style OILDOWN on Hot Coals with

This is Grenada's national dish, but cooked Rasta style PURE ITAL in a calabash on hot coals by the man himself, ‪@rasginga‬! All veggies, all Delicious!
Just take what veggies you have, in this case sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin, callaloo, season pepper, beans, mint, corn, sweet plantain, okra dasheen, shaddo beni or culantro, rosemary, thyme, scallions....grind up some turmeric with your coconut to make a nice milk, and boil away in a bash on some white hot coals.
Bless up,
Matthew

I saw a Rastaman named Ras Diamond do this exact pot when I was about 8 years old. And completely forgot about what true Ital food cooked without a pot, pot spoon, Salt, or animal products or processed foods of any kind is. Matthew this was a beautiful trip down memory lane for me. And a BOSS upload. Thanks brother 🙏❤🇹🇹.

Hello Am seeing there is a period of success which has been knocking on your door for a very long period of time but you don't know how to open for it in your life. And there are dreams you have been getting at night which you forget when you wake up, some times you hear someone calling you but the voice disappears, and when your in a room alone you always have the feeling that your not alone. And some times you wake up from your sleep in the morning when your feeling tired from no where. And financially, you always gets money but it always passes through your hands without doing what's its supposed to do. And people has been turning onto your back even at the last moments. My spirits are showing me alot about you. There people blocking your luck and wants to destroy your life by sending you evil spirits🧱Am seeing there is a period of success which has been knocking on your door for a very long period of time but you don't know how to open for it in your life. Blessed be Rasta. Be still and know. Now this what I talkin bout. “Everything from the land to the pot”. 🏆🥇🏵️. I watching the channel many years now. I rate this meal #1. Even cook in the calabash?!?🤯. Not only ital to the bone, but good clean preparation, and presentation on point. I rate this #1. Well done Ras, Matthew. Love alone.. Edit. Extra points for mentioning the seasoning peppers. They on lots of Caribbean islands. I love them. I like the hot ones too, but seasoning peppers are one of my favorite foods. They have the fruity floral taste of the scotch bonnet, but without the heat. Give thanks
