In this video, we will be looking at how to make the most of a minimal setup to get an effective full-body workout to learn calisthenic skills and build muscles.
FULL BODY WORKOUT PROGRAM :
Pulling Exercises :
Pullups 1 set of all 3 variations Reps: till failure
Chinups 1 set of all 2 variations Reps: till failure
Inverted/ Band Rows 3 sets of 20 Reps - hold last rep for 10 secs
Leg Exercises :
Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets of 12 Reps - hold last rep for 10 secs
Step Ups 2 sets Of 20 reps
Single Leg Calf Raises 2 Sets Of 1 min
Tib Raises 2 Sets Of 1min
Pushing Exercises :
Pike Pushups 3 sets of till failure reps
Pushups 3 sets of 12 reps - hold last rep for 10 secs
Dips 3 sets for till failure reps
Arm Exercises :
Drag Curls 2 Sets Of 20 reps
Tricep Pushubakcs 2 Sets of 20 reps
Money Hang Walks 1 Set till failure
Ab Exercises :
Leg/Knee Raises 3 Sets of 10 reps.
