This is a Pilates full body stretching to increase flexibility beginners. It is a relaxing wall pilates stretch routine, that contains wall Pilates Full Body Stretching Exercises, Stretching exercises with wall, wall stretches for flexibility, wall stretches for low back pain, wall stretches for posture, wall stretches for lower back, wall stretches for spine which is great pilates for cross training for other sports, including wall stretches for golfers. This workout can be done on a rest day or added to another workout.

Loved this the stretches. Not doing daily but am doing I. Sequence as still in recovery from a fall. Not all are numbered so a bit challenging to find the correct day. Otherwise I love the program/. Thanks 🙏

I just finished day 3 . Im pooped too but I had to sneak ahead to day 4 I'm excited to see it's a stretch day! I'm glad you didn't miss it !

Yesterday was Day 2 and just finished Day 3! Love this program. After multiple feet and knee exercises, high impact is no longer an option. So glad to find something that I can actually feel working but that is not stressing out my feet and knees. Thank you so much Rachel!

Day 28 done 🎉 This is the first challenge I’ve ever completed in my life that needed commitment. I feel blessed to have this morning routine through your trainings to help teach me what’s possible not just with my body, but my mind too ❤

Needed a rest day yesterday, v busy also a bit sore. Feel refreshed and replenished after this, thank you Rachel. Also thank you for acknowledging the occasional need for a rest day.
Day 4 done. Stretches always feel really good mainly for my right hip as I have back issues around that issue.
I was so excited for Day 4 because it was stretching! Doing this challenge after a year of doing nothing in the intentional exercise realm has left me really sore and this stretch routine felt amazing. Thank you so much for creating all these videos to bless all our lives😊

Just completed day 4. Came home from work with neck ache and developing headache. Did the full body wall stretch and cannot believe the improvement. Already seeing improvement in my flexibility and very excited to continue forward. Thank you!!

I am loving all the videos!! Day 4 for me and feeling better!
I have just completed day 4 and feeling good! I use to be avid yogi practicing 6 days/week. I even became a certified instructor but Covid came and during covid my best friend my soul sister lost her 5yr battle to cancer. I lost my center & focus and felt myself losing memory, depressed and tired all the time so I could never make it to a class-which didn’t help the depression. A vicious circle. Sorry for rant….this 28 day challenge is just the perfect schedule & exercises to get me back onto my mat. Thank you!

Day 4 (28.6.2024) woo hoo so happy I completed that stretch - after two sessions of pilates yesterday was feeling like I needed a full body stretch so perfect timing! - also it's Friday and late in the evening so am super proud of finding the motivation for this...

Yay! Day 4 done. I love putting my feet on the wall for the low back hang. It hurt so good. Lol! My back muscles were so tight and I've never been able to stretch that exact spot perfectly. Thank you.

I LOVE your workouts. They're just perfect! Right amount of repetition for each exercice, workouts just long enough and the right intensity. Also, great explanations for each mouvement: not long but clear! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Took a day off yesterday but I’m back at it and so appreciated the stretch!
Day 18 complete. I've been suffering with sciatic, lower back and peri-menopausal hip pain for a while. These workouts and stretches have 100% helped with it. I'm sleeping better and have definitely improved my flexibility. Hoping to move on once I've completed these 28 days and challenge myself further.

The hanging of the lower back with the legs up and down feels soooo amazing! Going to start doing this anytime that lower back feels strained - just took the pressure right off and gravity did its work!

Abs & legs were killing me from Day 1-3 workouts! So this was needed, Day 4 complete 🥳
i think i'm having trouble feeling some of these stretches (the abs, tricep, and low back stretches) cuz my shoulders are super stiff, but i'm looking forward to seeing how things change by day 18! everyone who's made it this far U ROCK!!!

I recently left my 9-5 desk job for a physical job on a ski hill… adding in that I tried nordic skiing the other day my body has been SORE!! Your day 1 work out paired with this stretch day has me feeling sooo good. Will definitely be adopting this program!

Hi 55 yo me! Day 18 I think lol I needed this after yesterday! I was feeling a little bad about the stretch with like the runner stance and the other leg on the wall...but then figured it out on the second leg... I'm surprising myself! Thank you so much! I feel a little stronger 💪 ❤
