Full Body TONE & SCULPT Gym Routine (Supersets) | Joanna Soh
Lifting weights build muscles and having more muscles make your body burn fat more efficiently. Here's of my favourite total body gym routine. SUPERSETS are a great way to increase the work load, muscle tension and to get more done in less time. Here are 4 supersets targeting all the major muscles in your body. All you need are dumbbells and barbells and you can get this workout done in less than an hour!
SUPERSET 1 (Legs, Thighs, Glutes & Shoulders)
1) Goblet Squat
2) Sumo Squat Single Arm Press
SUPERSET 2 (Back, Shoulders & Traps)
1) Bent Over Barbell Row
2) Barbell Upright Row
SUPERSET 3 (Chest & Triceps)
1) Alternating Dumbbell Presses
2) Narrow Push-ups
SUPERSET 4 (Core)
1) Kettlebell Swing
2) Plank
**Complete 3 - 4 rounds for each superset before moving on to the next. Rest for 60 - 90 secs in between each round.

A notification came on my phone just after I completed my workout of 45 mins....and after watching your video I was motivated again to continue it... feeling so energetic....I love ur workouts since I started working out 15 months back I was of 82 kgs..yes I am 16 yrs and I was 82 kgs ..but now I reduced to 61 kgs...I am so glad to tell you I never skip my workout and continue it and there is a big contribution of yours videos....I just hope I would meet you one day...and thank you from bottom of my heart....lots of love from india....💕💕💕💕

Thank you for the great workout Joanna. I did it at my home. I’ve been doing your workouts for 3-4 weeks and I could do these with ease with heavier weights, except for the push ups. Last 2 reps on my knees. Thank you again ❤️

I have trouble with my stubborn abs fat and I really hard to make my abs show . I have 20% body fat I have 168cm and 54kg but still not looking fits and I have hips dip too. What should I do??
For Sumo Squat Single Arm Press you did 7 one arm and the 10 on the other. was this an edit mistake? I did 10 both.
