Created in 1977, The World's Strongest Man™ has become the premier event in strength athletics. Lalas was WSM that year in my mind. The power stairs were the nail in the coffin of an otherwise standout performance. Then went on to win the Arnolds the year after.
Vytautas Lalas was the strongest man at this competition.

I am curious what people thought of the UK show vs the US show after yesterdays group 3. Sometimes I feel the US show skips past events with an edit and has a faster feeling to it, but I prefer my UK shows, guess I am just used to them.

UK all the way as these US videos skip events, I do realise it would be a very long video if they showed every athlete
Vytautas Lalas makes a normal size human had a confident to compete against the giants in strength comps. Based from this heat, he is not always dominating the events but totally smart to keep consistent on the top 3 t so he did not lose many points. Smart and Strong are always the keys
