Glad theyre uploading all this footage but it annoys the shit out of me how much they cut out. If theyre already releasing it, why cant they drop the uncut version? Am I misunderstanding how difficult that is? Two entire events were completely cut and replaced with like 15 seconds of highlight footage
Left out more Events than usual man. Feels bad
Sure WSM, I didn't want to see Z doing the dumbell, or JF performing on the deadlift... but what I really really was striving to watch was McIntosh not being able to even complete the keg toss, a nice one from the producers right there.
Last year of the ESPN deal man I miss these announcers they were some of the best.

Really appreciate the post but also find it hilarious that the two events they don’t show are the deadlift and dumbbell, which nowadays are marquee events. Instead they show all moving events. Shows what a different time it’s was. Great year in terms of lineup and events.
Sadly this is the last time we've seen Derek Poundstone in wsm. A staple veteran that made a great benchmark in the modern American strength community

That truck is lighter than one I pulled in my first strongman comp in sub 90kg / 200lb class. It really was way too light back then

Man, they waste so much time just looking after the kegs. Throw caution to the wind, whether it made it through doesnt matter, you cant change it, grab the next one and throw it, and if you notice the other didnt go through, grab that again and throw it.

Usually they have strange (to put it into nice words) rules for some of the events in WSM. Probably here they HAD to throw each one of the kegs in the correct original order, they were not able to skip them.
