Got Brooksie at NCAA's for sure. Not only does he look huge and lean, he is wrestling a world champion in his prime and stuffing most of his offense. You can tell Magic man was thinking "damn this kid is strong" when having a couple of deep shots stuffed.

In modern freestyle rules, the first period cannot end without a score. If there is no score by about with about 1:30 to go in the first period, the *more* passive wrestler (as deemed by the judge) will be put on the clock. It's not that he was very passive, just that he was slightly more passive than Taylor

That attempt (Brooks) was a desperate arm spin attempt. He waited too long by looking at the clock, giving Taylor an intuition that something may be up. He should've just kept handfighting then going for the hail Mary arm spin. He will get stronger from this. He barely lost.
