I dont know anything about wrestling and never wrestled but I've been watching alot of clips lately...they athletes are strong as hell. Picking each other up like it is nothing. Crazy

Yeah, the workout and competition helps you develop this. Although, you also develop some injuries over the years!🤕I competed in collegiate, freestyle and Greco years ago; wasn't anywhere NEAR as good as THESE guys though!😅

I used to think I was strong throwing guys my weight right over my shoulder every time sophomore year, but these guys have such unbelievable strength throwing each other around, it’s nothing short of awesome. It’s like watching a train fighting cargo ship.

Wonderful video of the most beautiful sport ever. One of the combat disciplines that don’t intend to hurt the opponent , just defeat them. With strategi , skill , tactic , speed , strength and stamina. I did almost 38 years myself.

Free style is totally different from high school wrestling in the USA . As in high school the wrestler is responsible for safe return of the opponent to the mat if he is lifted both feet off the mat.
