As a wrestler, I gave water polo players the most credit. To just stay in one place, they still have to tread water so they’re constantly exerting effort throughout the match. And swimming in a notorious full body workout. Mad props to them.

Im my city of fayetteville wrestling was not a big thing. So my coach trained us heavily on the hard core wow moves/throws. It was to make it exciting and it worked. State duals finals at home, it was like the city showed up in full support. Packed into the hallway filling the entire gym and beyond. All these amazing athletes showcasing the heights of what the human body can do breings fans. Its tested and proven.
