I have applied all these techniques to one of my frozen shoulder patient after watching this video and she gets 50% relief only after one sitting ...thank you so much sir

Should we perform Spencer's 7 step shoulder mobilization technique on a patient who has supraspinatus & teres minor tear with Grade ll Frozen shoulder?? Please advice sir.. thank you..
