Today I did more truck modifications in the form of installing 9" led light strip on the bumper. YES, THIS IS ANOTHER LONG VIDEO. It shows in detail what was involved in the drilling, running wires and tying them in.

You're a Tanker tugger.. have you ever broke a trailer in too... if you are a safety minded person pulling a long tube with the ends closed you are a tugger and if you're following a tanker you are tagging along for the ride.... be safe out there ... I wouldn't think so. There are 2 serious studs that the wires run through and bolt on the other side. I guess if you wanted to make a bracket somehow you could cut the studs off and notch out for the wires and seal up the opening.
getting a 24 pete 579 interested in doing what you did where do you attach the wire in the head light housing ? amy info would be appreciated.

You can just tap into the hood marker lights for power. That's what I did
That's why that bracket is running up above your light , to keep thin CHINA bumper from shaken. But it looks purty.Are you getting enough ship work down there ?

We here univar is in the process of cutting ties with both us and Grammer down here and in Tampa. They getting cheaper company. We'll be outta here anytime we hear through the grapevine. There is PLENTY of work up in GA and TN that have been wanting us to pull more but haven't had drivers. Now it will free 5 of us up for them and they are in the back yard of terminal.
Where did you connect the wiring before connecting the bumper lights

I tied them into the factory harness for the marker/blinker in front headlight assembly. ✌️😎

@Dixie Mae That was my company driver down there if it was Friday or Saturday you saw it. I was in the 579 from Sept 18 until November 12th. I hired a company driver then. Trying to see if I can get 2 more trucks and drivers this year. I love the inside layout of that pete but outside wise, I love my green Coronado. I'll be back out on the road with videos later this week.
