Really great stuff!!! I can see you have been working hard at evolving your content. Everything about this was great, the filming, the sound effects, the detail in all aspects of the production of that bow, just phenomenal! I am looking forward to seeing more content like this!!!🎉

Absolutely awesome Ryan! You turned what could have been a 100 hour movie into 20 minutes. Well done Sir. There are a lot of us out here that share your passion and appreciate all your hard work. This world is so complex and we crave these simpler skills and lifestyle. Speaking for myself, this is my therapy to escape the reality of what is a complex and crazy world. Again, thank you Sir! For all you do…
Nice demonstration of skills acquired over the years. Shows how much goes into all of this.

Ain’t gonna lie, using squirrel guts as binding was not what I was expecting. Pretty hardcore but pretty freaking intelligent too. Hats off to you sir
This is the most incredible video on KZread. The amount of time you put into this 20 minute video was worth it. Awesome just awesome!
fletching the arrows with the squirrel intestines is metal AF 😂😂😂

Thank you for this Ryan, you truly have not the slightest amount of acknowledgment of how amazing this was to the thousands, millions of people who will see this, a true work of art Ryan
Absolutely amazing. It’s awesome how much story can be told in 20 minutes with zero dialogue.
Your work is more important than you know. Keep going, keep learning and rediscovering. Keep teaching people to live with nature as one, not separate and on top of it. ❤

Re a truely gifted and talented person. Because I have learned so much from you, I have learned 1 thing from doing all this myself. And that is, all the earth's ancestors had to struggle for nearly everything, and in so doing, I have gained a great respect for our ancestors. Knowing that everything was a struggle makes me really appreciate the gifts I have found in nature and thank the creator for giving them to us. And for his wisdom of how to make and use them. I have also learned that our ancestors had a use for almost everything that surrounded them and that they seem to have taken nothing for granted. Thank you for opening my eyes. May you continue to bless us with your knowledge.
Great capture of the human experience for the last half million years. I hope your work with documenting the working stone age skills will help many in the future should we have to rely on them again.

This is amazing! I'm so fascinated by the truly ancient ways of bushcraft that our ancestors used to survive and thrive in a world where they had nothing but what was around them. They were very creative and clever people, much more than they get credit for.
This is an amazing film!!

excellent...the rock flaking, the bone knapping, sap and charcoal for glue and waterproofing, the yucca fibers for twine and then the squirrel intestines for string on the arrow feathers. how to straighten arrows, make fire, figure 4 trap trigger... it's all there...i will remember all of this..
I love this so much! Our world has become overly complicated in pursuit of convenience. Keep it up!

This was really great! I loved how hungry you looked when you were looking up at that squirrel, not just for meat, but for all the uses that you would make of it to help complete your kit. The whole production was very well done. I especially was happy to have seen the kill shot on the doe, remembering how happy that made you when she cooperated so nicely in that hunt! How cool to share an actual memory of someone else's successful hunt! Thanks for what you do, Ryan!
Excellent bro! Great hunting and flint napping skills really enjoyed that. Keep up the good work.🌏🌍🌎

I think you should make a ASMR video just dedicated to arrow making. Watching you make arrows from river cane is so satisfying to watch. I have learned a lot about bow building from both you and clay hayes. Really appreciate the work you put in to your video ❤💯
Awesome!!! Please more content like this and more builds..., everything you do is gold!!!!
The best ever Ryan. Thanks. From a stone huh. Here in Alberta knapping stones are rare & were traded. That said we have bigger deer. Mules here can weigh 420 lbs but now our deer have CWD. Thanks again.
Well said brother, 😂 thank you for every last second. Will always be here watching and learning. In my 50's now, and learn something every time from every show. Thank you and be safe out there among all them English...

Hey wow!! One of your best ever! As I was watching I was thinking " how man would share technics and knowledge to each other to make life easier for one another" Thanks for sharing man you got it down, just awesome.
I love watching your videos and I really admire your hunting skills.👍
Very, very inspirational! I am on this path. I am learning so much from your flint knapping videos. I am learning so much from the Tom Brown series of books, also. It seems to be a rough life compared to what we have before our eyes. I must look beyond this material world, continue finding the spiritual, and connect with our Mother Earth.
Ryan, this is hands down one of my favorite videos on KZread of all time. I am so upset YT does not send me notifications... The quality of the video is awesome as well. As a Florida kid, it hits differently being able to identify everything you use and understand things better. Awesome video, please keep them coming! These other primitive channels don't hold a candle.
Man this takes a lot of effort and skills...mad respect...
This is truly a great video to watch. It told a story and showed skills. I will definitely be rewatching this at least a few times.

I really like your content and hopefully soon I can buy you book . I prefer to use the Mojave Sissor trap over the figure four when I have the resources to build them. I can hopefully start learning to flintknap in the near future. You're a very good stone tool modern hunter/gatherer and have keep my mind sane through the last few years while I've been going through a very hard time in my life I've always been a student and practitioner of survival from my youth I will turn 61 in a couple of months but still have a lot of life to live and plan on living closer to mother nature as possible. So I just want to thank you personally for all that you have shared with me over the years I really appreciate you.
