You have a lot of faith in those metal ties/cables! I’d be terrified using them but I’m sure you have the experience to back up using them and their safety. Amazing video and building!

As I start typing "but how are you eating, you haven't shown us where you're getting your food" dude starts making roasted mushrooms. I'm jealous. What's he do when he's done? Does he disassemble or leave it? Because I'd be stoked if somebody left their shelter for somebody else to find and I stumbled across one while taking a casual frolic through the woods one day.

the way your leaving the sharp ends on the wire is a hazard. there is a way to burn the wire by getting it to fold under to where it leaves no sharp area. insulator do this in refinerys.awesome build btw

Why hide certain stuff like the nails in the wood, and staples in the green fabric. It doesn't make the video worse, it is still a chill video and nice build. Hiding it only makes me wonder what else is hidden from the viewers.

i just noticed the same: all of those wood bars were connected to other wood things using nails. i think in the vid one can not see the hammer / nails. just those decorative iron wiring things used in random locations

Having gear on you is still survival. I think what often gets confused is “necessity survival” verses “choice survival”. The first one is when your planes crashed in the mountains and somehow you’re still alive. The second is taking yourself out of the comforts and “working with less”. As another survival guy said though, if you find yourself naked in the middle of Alaskan mountains with no supplies, you’re either highly unfortunate or extremely stupid!

Easy to build a shelter and survive in the woods, all you need is… Pliers, 2m cloth, string, metal wires, axe, saw, lighter, knife, plastic bottle, metal cup, lamp+gasoline, blanket, plate, iron kettle, 4m plastic sheet and a shovel.

Best strategy to these apocalypse days! A brave and wise man!
