    At 30 with mentors in the second part of life, I’m dedicating my time to understanding and communicating the needs and desires of this demographic. Us younger people have so much to give and gain from a more empathetic and collaborative relationship with our mentors. The good ones in my generation WANT to get the wisdom you all have! And I understand better that those my age have energy and hope to offer you. Both parties want, at a fundamental level, a sense of contribution. Let’s facilitate more mentorships with real magic in them
