I am so full of gratitude that I am finding content during my rabbit hole pursuit about Will Guidara. 3 days ago, I had no idea who he even was! I am so captivated by him, and am excited to apply the simple tweaks that can make my ordinary business flourish! Thank you so much for the interview. If you'll excuse me, I gotta run and give my clients Unreasonable Hospitality.

Looks like he was about to go into hell….I don’t believe in religion but I do believe there is an after world for our spirit where the smart beings that created us are and where our loved ones are after they die. I am unsure if our souls are recycled back to earth but I do believe that “God” could be Jesus Christ that came to earth on a human body. My belief is that we need to be good to others, give daily thank you to our creators and put all the religion noise aside. I believe most religions are human made up to control people and tax the hell out of them. If there was a clear religion, the other ones wouldn’t exist! Lol

Voddie Baucham: "I choose to believe the Bible because we have a reliable collection of historical documents, written down by eyewitnesses, during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They report supernatural events that took place in fulfillment of specific prophecies." We share because we know from years of study and personal experiences. It goes beyond science. There comes a point of faith and trust. It's a pulling where man's freedom and God's sovereignty come together. I cannot, not believe. I would recommend reading the Bible, along with, "The NEW Evidence that Demands a Verdict" by Josh McDowell. The pit you experienced, it's in the Bible, on the other side of death. Why not at least give a honest effort in considering that this just might be true.

It's always the WHAT, never the HOW. In this case, "TRUST" is used as if identifying an issue is synonymous with solving the problem. Imagine you are presenting to the CEO and officers. Cite examples of Covey clients who tackled the TRUST issue. How did they do it, how long did it take, how were the results measured, how much did it cost, and were they sustainable? Identifying the WHAT is easy, no matter how diligent the research is; despite the exponential growth of EE/EXX tools and experts, the EE/EX needle has stayed the same for decades. I'm surprised Covey would be this superficial. Measuring engagement is subjective at its best; it wastes time and a diversion. What did the client's 13% increase in EE do for earnings, the income statement, margins, revenue, or stock appreciation? Nothing was accomplished if there was no direct correlation between the 13% and the business metrics.

You are more creative than you think. But do you CHOOSE to do it? Do you care enough to do it? Choose to professionalize the work? Of speaking up in a generative way. If you choose to do that, what fuels you the most? What works best with your unique brain?

Yeah right! Reduce discipline referrals? most of them were directed at me than the rest of the students. I was 7 and attending Longfellow Elementary at this time. My principal was the very person who implemented the Leader in Me program in the first place: Norma Perez-Gwynn.

18:00 such a dumb statement, Yes the the earnings grew by let's say 2× but price more than 2×, you could buy a house much cheaper then it is today it's not the expectations that is the problem it's the fucking inflation.
