You have taught your boys to notice the myriad of flavors and to be able to pick them out individually and describe how they work together. Noticing and articulating is so important in the culinary world. What a gift that you have given your muchachitos!

Hey Pati! Love from India again!! I made the sauce for these meatballs again with an Indian twist , and also because I am vegetarian. So made this sauce like a spicy dip for steamed rice cakes that we have for breakfast in the mornings. Needless to say that there is a lot of similarity between Mexican and Indian cooking. Love watching you cook and love to take away what I can from your cooking and twist it to suit our cooking here . It makes cooking very exciting.

Just finished making the albondigas y arroz dish. The sauce for the meatballs was delicious, but the meatballs themselves were a bit boring. Next time I think I will add some oregano and rice to the meatballs - perhaps some mint as well. Perhaps the meatballs would be tastier if made from beef instead of turkey. I would also add a chili arbol (or two) to the sauce for a little additional spicy kick.

Dear God💗❤️♥️💖💕💕💖💕❤️💞🙏in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the , life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen.

Umm, did I understand that right? Eating maple flavored, toasted flying ants? Nope. Never gonna resort to that. Unless I'm stranded on a desert island and that's the only way to survive. I think that the word "delicacy" is a euphemism invented to make really odd things sound appealing so that one will eat them. I'm a Latina from the border and we do our best to avoid flying ants at all costs. They have quite a sting/bite that can kill you if enough of them attack you. Again, that's a big NOPE for me. LOL! 👎😱

The Gospel of salvation of our souls: 💜💕💖✨💖❤️📖✝️🕎💡💡❤️❤️💞💕💖❤️❤️💖💕💕💜♥️❤️💕For what I received I passed on to you as of [first importance]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time,
