This documentary is a Jewel !!! I had the honor to walk on the Halls of Juilliard when he was part of the faculty. Because of my similar looks of my Mother, he called me "The beautiful Spanish Señorita" . My mom was a Pianist and played some concerts together. I practiced the piano often. He might like my music because he was always smiling and happy to see me. That's when I played music off all eras. Some called the Crossover". Yes I did the cross over Classical Music to pop. Arrangements with the touch of Spain and Catalunya. Many great Master, loved how arranged and played. Memories.... Amstos Vivis

I watched this tour in a small cinema in Zurich with a friend when it came out and it so captivated me that when we stepped out of the cinema we felt totally overwhelmed by the coldness of the world around us, I never forgot that film and its effect on me.

An eternal classic. I first watched in on DVD almost two decades ago, and its appeal has never worn off since. I'm always fascinated by how music, and people's passion for music, transcends culture, politics, prejudice, and everything that works against the true, the good and the beautiful.

Society will oscillate back and forth to and fro, never realizing: Music is consciousness only friend. Hello, wonderful humans in the future, when this documentary inevitably comes back. You’ve grown tired of the material, its grown tiresome. Music will always embrace you again with open arms

This documentary marks a special moment when the entire world was experiencing music in the Now, Important in itself as itself. We are in an away period, currently. I don’t see any genuine interest in the art. Just the same old meme tunes, and Colleges, and Competitions churning out winners and Chopin.

I tried to find it for you, but even I search for the Chinese lyrics, I cannot get any results. Based on the latter part of the lyrics, it would most-likely to be an arranged song in the Cultural Revolution era since it started by traditional flower guessing theme and later praised Chairman Mao and advocated for the continuous revolution. It may turned to be inappropriate in the Reform and Opening-up era, so may not be recorded, at least not on the internet.
