I literally searched "how to get unstuck making loops" lol I get a good loop and then run face first into a wall. But only when I'm actually on Logic. If I'm listening to music for inspiration I can plan out everything I want to do in my own work, until I sit down to put anything together

Absolutely!!!! Whenever he says that it bounces or slaps or whenever he gestures with his hands, you can just *FEEL* his passion!!
That transition into the drop was smooth
the drone is beautiful - what a difference that makes to the feel of the track - thats what id expect to hear, if i ever go to heaven - 🤗
You’re a great teacher as well as producer, your passion and teaching style is next level dude
Great stuff Alex! Always love the energy you bring to your vids
Every new video is a splash of inspiration every time
So happy I've found your channel, I've never watched such interesting music production content, it's so inspiring
Nice work man your passion shows. I like what you did with your arrangement choices they sound good like they just sit right.
It's incredible how simple you make automation look and feel as you teach... makes me realize I've been definitely underutilizing that in my tracks. Thanks Alex!
I’m trying to start a track today so I really appreciate this 🎉 of course I’ve watched tons of videos on this topic but a refreshing video on a good topic is a good motivation on get started today!
Watching this process is so fun, I love these videos
I love your good vibes, you have amazing videos and you make it super easy for everyone to understand. ^_^
I always learn something new from your videos, and I've got to say, whenever I go apply it to my music, I react similar to how you do to yours. I watch you half for your knowledge and half for how much you enjoy crafting good-sounding music. Keep it up!
one of the only guys on YT i actually learn from. also glad you're using ableton now. would love an in depth video on bass, from creating/selecting the right sounds to processing and glueing it in with rest of track. that's where i'm getting stuck rn. thanks!
Best tutorial I've seen so far this is so incredibly helpful for complete beginners in music production like me!! Thank you. Other youtubers I see are not getting as in depth and its often more for advanced creators so this is helpful.
I don't make dance music but i do make instrumental music and arrangement has always been the number one thing holding me back - this is by far the most clear and useful tutorial on arrangement ive seen. Thank you so much, and love the passion! Just subscribed.
I love how this dude gets to the point.
awesome video! I love how you have a clear overwiew about this! thats a newfound clarity of arranging for me, also thats a solid track you wrote right there =)
Nice young man.. You have extremely well put together tracks.. Outstanding work bro..
Literally insane I love it
Thank you! Been having trouble with this for some time now!
Wow, this is amazing to see every session from you related to production, pls make another video on balancing instruments or mixing.
So good, love your creation and so helpful creatively.
Very cool workflow. Super idea.
another great video! thank you for sharing your good work and advice
This was so informative! Thank you, will definitely use these tips in my next track :D
You make great videos my guy. Whenever I see you made something new, I tune in just because the way you are (on cam) is so comforting. :) May the algorythm god be gracious to thee!
Can I hear the full song?
Awesome walkthrough
Don't have this particular program but this was truly helpful regardless. Thank you so much from all of us out here!! Absolutely awesome video my man!
Mann this is what I was looking for I could not find anyone to actually show how to extend the music I’m glad I’m motivated to try this tonight on Logic Pro Definitely subscribed 🤟🏽
I love this dude
Dope pro producer. Massive huge saucepans.
By far the best tutorial in this category. Plus the song rocks. I would like to sign up with the edm boot camp please 🙏
Incredible 👏👏
You rock ! Very good instructive and funny teacher ! Love the dancing .
this was a great video, as a beginner you gave a very simple, easy to understand explanation of how to break out of an 8 bar loop
dude you are sick! thx
I love the way you explain things. Great tutorial, thanks! I wish we could have heard the entire track though haha, it sounded solid
Holy shit this was insanely helpful!! Thanks a lot!
Never thought about dropping a vocal sample into Pigments to make a drone... that is really cool! Thanks Alex
Sikk video dude, that looked so easy for you to create, 👏👏
This was gold! thank you. Did you finish the song, would really love to hear it.
Amazing! Thank you
Nice tune!
Dude! Every video of yours I watch gives me a new idea! Man...
That was very helpful. One has to first create the tools and then bring them all together.
Good stuff great tutorial
I actually really liked the way you've done the drums here. Could you do a breakdown video on them?
the drop hits hard!
I got distracted part way through, lost my place so started again - worth it
Nice content, thx.
chapter in a book metaphor was eliteeeee
Alex you are the best There's two people on whole youtube who get most of EDM fundamental tutorials right One is Alex Rome and other is Big Z
Awesome ❤️

Very useful tips! For me personally it's after this part I get stuck with 99% of my songs. How to keep the track interesting enough the whole time. Which methods / elements, melody variation to add an interesting twist to surprise the listener etc.. Very nice track so far!
Holly shit man, you change my mind with this automation utilizing EQ. I use automation but never thought like this.

Track is quality!! if not released then you need to get on that bro love the vibe 👌
That drop was fucking SMOOTH
This is pretty cool. Use sounds to tell a story.
Ur amazing alex 🎉
I love this story too
Always appreciate the videos. Do you by chance have a video on building a bit complex drum patterns ? I feel I struggle with percussion and the building blocks of what makes a good solid beat. Thanks again!

Not Alex, but I recommend watching videos of drummers and drum covers to see how drummers add flavor and feel. They’ve already figured it out for us, go steal their shit
Nice!!!
love u brother ...😍
Slightly weird look, enthusiastic, emotional about the thing he does and that is how to tell that you found a good blogger to binge watch.
Я с английским не в ладах, но этот дядя на практике так хорошо объясняет, что его и не обязательно знать. Спасибо большое за видосы ❤
4:18 amazing genius honestly
I want to here the full song so bad it's so good i wish he could release it
Really cool tips and track Alex...thank you for sharing your approach. Say, what DAW are you using?

damn, the drop though
I want this song now
Where can I listen to the full song dude it's so awesome ❤❤
Nicely arranged, Ableton all the way 👍🏼 Wish you would play the whole track though.
Is there a full version of this song? I was vibing hardcore to that!
after opening this video in new tab, then i just go back to my DAW without even watching this it works guys 🤣 actually do something (anything) to your loop works better than listening to it over and over
Dammm good 🔥🔥
Game over.
4:19 I love it!
I love the little dance 7:40
Vibes
Awwweeesoommee
Thanks for getting my ass back on track💯
Do release music? I love this track
Fred again Vibe 😸
Dear sir I am from India from Delhi
How do you step up your production arranging a track by using different elements from the drop? As in songs that use completely different sounds from the build and the drop?
❤❤❤
hard beat
I get the process but I get the feeling that even tho the loop is unstuck, now the whole song is stuck inside one movement
Hope you’re planning on finishing and releasing that bro lmao
I have a question with those four elements How do I know what to start first and what comes second and what comes third is there a list structure I can follow ????????
What music program do you use? Also, I don’t own many instruments. Is there a program that ,any have many instruments, especially drums? Thank you so much
Does someone know what DAW is he using? Good vibes
F*ing genius 🗿🙀
Yuh
Start twich streaming and uploding songs you made and the prosses?
