Season 4 Episode 6
This weeks guest has an incredibly inspiring story that I feel privileged to share. Timothy Armoo is a born entrepreneur from humble beginnings who started his first business Alpha Tutoring, at the age of 14, and his second, EntrepreneurExpress, at 17 which he sold in under a year. 5 years later, Tim cofounded Fanbytes, the 5x award-winning social and influencer marketing agency which helps brands win the heart’s of GenZ. Tim recently sold Fanbytes at the age of 27 with an 8 figure exit, and needless to say, he’s also been named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his achievements in Media and Marketing. In the conversation we talk about Tim’s drive for entrepreneurship and how executed on this at a ridiculously young age despite facing challenges along the way, as well as discussing a tonne of actionable advice for people interested in starting a business. Enjoy!

Still only halfway through the video but I just had to leave this comment. Hi from Bangladesh, a country historically part of Pakistan. I was skeptical to click on this video's link when Ali posted it in his community tab because lately I've grown averse to the "young and super successful" business stories and just success stories in general. They always feel like the people talking in them are jerking each other off while making money out of my watch time, and in the end, I close the video with no roadmaps or ideas in my mind. This is the first episode of your podcast that I'm seeing, Ali. Another thing that didn't make me wanna click on the video was the overall very polished production process of your videos (at least that's how they look in the outcome) which I'm familiar with. I just don't think such a style is what I wanna see when two people are sitting down face-to-face and just having a conversation. All of this to say - I was pleasantly surprised, no, I was blown away within the first hour of this video. The genuine, unedited, unscripted nature of the video after the intro babble successfully made me immerse myself. Most importantly, I learned a lot from Tim. I could relate to his upbringing, his unique yet down-to-earth perspective about the world, his motivations - all that stuff. I'm currently 17 yet sitting duck at my home. Asian parents in a third world country so laser focused on studies. I get fairly good grades too. I've always harbored the mentality of "Oh maybe I'll have that X when I'm older if I keep following this path." But over the last couple of years, that mentality has been challenged in numerous ways. Most importantly, I got usurped as the top tier student at my own school. Since then I've always been trying to find a way that sets myself apart at the back of my mind. After listening to Tim, I've decided to use my time and energy as currency, *consciously* and actually acquire some skills. Skills just seems like such a huge umbrella term to me. So I've given up twice before trying to swim in this ocean. But now I'll specifically focus on making banners and advertisement papers etc. Thanks to both of you.

I am in the exact situation as you except I live in the UK and work 20 hours a week while I study at university. I saved around £5000. I need atleast 15000 to start my business. My business is extremely risky. I have 95% chance of failure. I keep doubting myself but doubt is a dream killer. I know the path I have to take. It is just decisive action that remains. I need to make big deals. 33 big deals. That will make me £1 million. Is it possible maybe 0.01% chance. But its a chance lol. Now I have to be smart and have a good strategy. I can't do business properly while working or studying. I have to wait til I graduate and I don't have enough faith to drop out. I have 2 friends on board helping me, they are enthusiastic but I sadly don't trust them....

I see no reason why one should have a credit card and no active source of income. No doubts , A good way of growing and saving your money is through investing . You don't need to have much before you can invest. "That little money you have now can make you millions if you invest it wisely". I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made.

Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.
