love these coaching sessions...kewp then comming
Love the part where his coach points out "I know when you've been to an event" 😂 because you come back with all these ideas! - it doesn't help though when you come back from an event and actively go around the car and rip the wheels off". And that Ali was able to laugh at himself too - fabulous real life discussion 👏🏽 Tq for being so transparent about business revenue and the challenges you face, this was worth a masterclass in business scaling.
What a timing!! I’m literally in the process of deciding how (and whether) to proceed with business(es). Thank youuu
'If they've got to this they're probably an entrepreneur...because normal people won't listen to this' - SO ACCURATE

This the real golden goose!Ali 3.0 evolution We'r here for it. Thanks Ali for generously and vulnerably sharing your coaching sessions. They are so insightful
Creatorprenuer (or however you spelt it) was an incredibly helpful series. I really liked Eric’s idea of a product suite which helps the online creator business person. Education, community, productivity, calls etc would be next level helpful. In the words of Dan Priestley, consider me a warm lead on that one
That makes so much sense around making PTYA a “KZreadr Productivity/Accountability Course” rather than it being about the information. I love how you both moved towards that conclusion. Thank you for sharing this Eric and Ali 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻
Great conversation! Thank you for sharing your session with us. Really eye opening. Also I love your honesty about adding value to your products or customer satisfaction based on how KZread evolved.
Excellent! You can extrapolate so much from this insightful coaching session. It just highlights the importance of coaching for your business, health and personal life. Eric Partaker is excellent and I thought it was an inspiring video with Ali ‘opening the doors’ on a personal coaching session and discussing the challenges, opportunities and thought processes to running his business. Loved it!
I agree with Eric that client base for Productivity Lab will be different. Not necessarily in a bad way, but learning curve will be dramatic. The base will also be much more diverse. You will learn a lot! Can't wait for it to launch 🤓
I love the idea of the productivity lab with the you tube course included for free. I am a risk taker and jump in with both feet.
Thank you, what a valuable session, felt like I was being coached too. Would love for you two to do a video on how to structure the 6 week sprints for business goals.
Love this type of content! So interesting to hear your BTS
37:56 ".. maybe normal people won't listen to this" whilst I'm just sat here listening to it haha. Great episode though with a load of interesting insights from both sides of the table!
Really great discussion, raw thoughts and insights. ❤
This was so useful to listen to as a new entrepreneur!
Love this discussion…..I’m in the same spot on how to craft my offer out of my many products. I love simplicity.
love this podcast so much!!
Love this
Hi Ali, I still remember your video about 40 min long about talking about what you wanna do with your business, and thinking about delegating more. But I commented in there that we are here (or I am here) because of you, the moment that you start putting other people in you main channel and not you, you will lost audience and is obvious, we are here because of you, your honesty, your vibe, your history, your way of thinking, I dont care what think your best employee top notch about rabbit, or other productivity stuff and also imagining that maybe you will tell exactly same thing but even so will not be the same. So I think that your move must be become ultra lean, and continue doing 2 things, your main channel and deep dive (kind of chris williamson) and nothing more, maybe aside another book but nothing more, no app, no courses, maybe 1 course and thats it, but become lean, now you have to make a lot money to the obligation of paying good salaries (because I imagine that thats the case), and the office and fancy things, maybe 1 year retirements in a cool house in the woods with the team but honestly the mission is not so profound to anyone because is around you and thats fine, totally fine, let's be honest, people are learning a lot around you but they are there not because of the mission, instead they are because of the learning and beign around also cool people. In the near future their will be a lot of courses of productivity, of become a youtuber, and many of your audience dont have money because they aren't productive yet, I remember the history that hormozi talks about a friend selling courses to improve your resume, but if you need a resume it's because you dont have a job therefore no money, so your target audience was bad. Became ultra lean, 2 channels a put your focus on deep dive, delivering a ton of value, and in there with your money and savings of beign lean there will be a lot of opportunities so that the stream of income will less be dependant of you, and so, you will only enjoy beign a host of a great podcast and be relief of many of the problem that you have (also you have to imagine that you dont have a co founder, so you are kind of alone), but you will take off the pressure of making money to pay 20 people that are overwhelm with things. For me it's simple, continue focusing on the things you are good and its beign in front of a camera talking completly honest, do that in a lean way and opportunities of making money will come, and I imagine that will be with the expansion of your network cause of the podcast and another serendipity moment. And I think that the answer of why one cannot do too many things or a startup, or company, it's because that to make something great you need someone in the back that has a lot of heart to make that a reality, that is the reason why so many not tech people with money came up with and idea for an app and it doesn't work as it expected, maybe the app will have all the features that was supppose to have, but why it doesn't grow? because there is nobody working day and night to make that happen, the developer will do only the things that is pay for and nothing more. And that will repeat with and app, or hardware. Great products have always someone with an inmense will and his full heart pushing 24/7 just like you in the early days, just like an entrepreneur giving it all, thats why a david can beat a goliat, with heart and passion. The best to you, and again, you are the product and your unique, there is no finish line, continue doing this for another 10 years is an easy with your mindset and will be more enojoyable in your new lean approach. Whish you the best!
Amazing Ali , thank you
Great content! (As always)
Super insightful.
amazing one, well it worth my time
Loved the conversation. (Someone please fix Ali’s mic from oversteering)
Great session Eric; Dr Ali.
Why not bolt on your Productivity Course in Beta, at a lower cost, to your YTA community to A. Help them and B. Get feedback in how it could improve. Refine it through that process, get users reviews and launch it to a different type of audience as productivity is applicable to anything.
You don't think selling information has a MOAT for the eyoutube academy, and therefore want to kill it. But then you want to create the productivity lab where information is also the the product. 🤔
No video chapters? 🤔
If you don't relaunch the YTA, I'll be very sad. I'm applying for a grant to help build my system to get info out to patients with a high risk for cancer using YT, a web page, and a newsletter. I was hoping to use part of it to join YTA.

You’ll be okay with information for free, as Ali said. There’s so much. Mainly optimise around getting KZread watch time, and copy competitors ideas - titles and thumbnails and tweak them a bit. Do that and that’s 90% of it. I have 11M subs on my channels and I guarantee it
Please interview Eric Barone(ConcernedApe)
Ali’s calendar and 90 days goals are not in Eric’s bundle
Hmm
Don’t kill the KZreadr stuff
so it seem ali''s coach spends half of their sessions talking him out leaving everything to go a new direction -thats wisdom
❤
Why ali speaks at 2x speed?? Is it me or u guys feels the same way???
The audio is a bit pushed past the -12db range on this one, causing buzzing and unpleasantness.
Will it only be “coaching sessions” from now on? ☺️ I kind of prefer the more classic interviews 😊🙏

Let the man do what he wants. He also said at the start of the interview the next video they’ll record will be his backstory etc
Great conversation but Eric seems to be more of an advisor than a coach
Should go all in on the productivity lab, it's where your heart is. Your youtube path aligns with your goals financially but not emotionally. The coach seems biased because he went through your programs and enjoyed your programs. If you go by numbers you will find a reason to delay what you know will ultimately fulfill you, and each day you not working in alignment with your true self will become increasingly burdensome to bear.
The audio sounds super weird. Both WAY too bass heavy and also tin like on the high end with what feels like a digital echo. Honestly sounds like I am listening to two robots talking via old blown out speakers.
:)
It’s such a time waste this guy doesn’t even know what do in life.. some multiple KZread channels just for his earnings.. he is doing so many scams outside.. all his views and comments are not from real people it’s from his marketing team only.. bunch of scammers he has
