I am not afraid to call them out, but there are always two side of the story, as third party reporter we have to be careful sharing one side stories.

Solid video quick question by your expectation of 2 million sales is that 2 million in commissions or solely sales?

10% of the top on company leads, 15% of the top if you are door knocking.

Need some help!! If I am an independent contractor salesmen. Do I need to take on other responsibilities, training? delivering product to job site? Participating in sales meetings? Assisting with the inspections of properties? Or should I be paid for all other curricular activities?

In the beginning I never heard the point about working for different companies in different states? They started talking about Wax ☹️

When I was working as a counselor in a halfway house there were always to places that would hire my recently released from prison. Painters and if the painters would not take them the roofers would. Most roofing companies pay to their employees is terrible. 15-20 dollars per hour is common. Most roofers have been bankrupt and it really does not matter what type of paper you sign with them. The best advice is hire a retired building inspector or architect to spec your job. Get a half dozen bids and get a list of jobs he has done to check the work. The biggest problem is roofing companies hiring roofers to do squares and the have no employees. That is becoming really common. What happens is if your new roof starts leaking (far more common than you would expect) they call up the guys who did the square. That guy's been paid so he doesn't care.

So if I’m starting off canvassing, once I’m done they say u get 250$ a roof is that something normal ?
