Considering how Ross is when staying at hotels i.e. waiting until the last possible second to check out, taking all the free amenities possible, taking toilet paper ect. 2:10 just shows how good of a friend he is by letting her drink everything in the mini bar & paying for it. He really wanted to make it up to her.

Maybe it's since season 1 he's tip toeing around his feelings, then together they're trying to put this couple image out there and have dramatic problems all the time, but here they're so familiar with each other which is cute and it's sweet he cares about her as a friend too but the bickering does have romantic undertones. Heck it starts when he thought she was trying to entice him lol.

Really proving Ross and Rachel really are good together. They have a similar Sense of humour, and when drunk, and beyond their weird relationship baggage, they get along schwimmingly. Their subconcious said it was a great idea to get married.

The universe conspired to bring this series to life. Like the life on earth.
