I love the fact that he knows Monica so well and knows how much he cares about being the best, that he made up an imaginary award to make her feel better. I know that Rachel & Ross are the main focus of Friends, but Monica & Chandler have the best relationship. They care about each other and they accept each other's flaws. You can see that when they both find out they can't have biological children. But they still try and make each other feel better. That is love, that is what everyone should want in their partner.

not really. I hate that most of the "best couples on TV" things are men just being servants to their women. Ever heard of relationships where both parts behave like adults? Thank god there are real life women who aren't as mentally underdeveloped as most women on TV in sitcoms. What makes Chandler a good boyfriend in most people's eyes is that he can sit through the shit Monica drives him through. But nobody stops to think "should Monica behave differently?". We live in a world where women get taught "never change for anyone and always be yourself!" but that has 2 assumptions. Either a) don't improve yourself and make everyone else suffer for your faults or b) you are already perfect. Let me tell you a secret: nobody is perfect. People can and should change, they should do it their whole lives. It's called growth. But modern society tells you "just stay the little girl you are, and whoever doesn't want the work to deal with that doesn't deserve you!" In reality, you don't deserve them. And in the end all you get is the guys who are themselves pieces of shit, because everyone else "only used me for sex and left!". No, they left because you are about as adult in your 20s as a 14 year old. People are just to polite why they ghost you after they have seen your personality.

Being a person with anxiety and OCD I really adore how Chandler calms Monica down and doesn’t make fun of her. Hope to have someone like him in my life.

Monica during the beginning phase of their relationship helps chandler overcome his commitment issues, makes him realize that no fight can ever do irreversible damage to one's relationship. As the relationship progresses and Monica gets comfortable in the relationship, Chandler accepts and also makes her accept her flaws and insecurities(massage thing, rach and phoebe calling Monica high maintenence, the messy closet, etc.). Monica and Chandler both being so financially supportinve for Joey. Chandler willing to spend a major part of his salary for Monica's dream wedding and Monica willing to sacrifice her dream of a grand wedding as well for Chandler's future planning.Monica and Chandler making long distance relationship work, Chandler showing utmost loyalty to Monica, Monica financially and morally supporting Chandler during his advertising internship, Chandler realizing how important it is for Monica to be a mother and expressing the same to the adopting agency. While typing this I realized how its the most smallest of details and the smallest of things which make their relationship so great.

This is why Chandler and Monica belong together. Who else could find a way to make Monica feel better about being bad at something?

One of the best decision that FRIENDS creative team had ever done was to pair Monica and Chandler. Solidly stole the thunder from Rachel and Ross where they became the core couple of this show and perhaps one of the best couple in history of TV series. 👍👍🤩

Yes Monica's mother damaged her self-esteem a lot, that's why she has OCD, and she's such a perfectionist, she needs to prove that she's the best because in her childhood her mother made her feel like she did everything wrong and that Ross was perfect. People sometimes forget that detail, she doesn't want to be a bad person by not accepting that she can do something wrong, it's a trait of the OCD disorder that she has, and Chandler is so nice at understanding her and knowing how to handle her so that she sees things from another perspective that helps her calm down and feel better, They are the best couple on television. Yes, she is. I knew quite a few like her during the 7 years I served as a member of a couple group for young marriages at church. Yes, you get to see them all. The ones that resemble Monica Geller, were always married with wimp guys..meaning very nice guys who were basically push-over human beings. There's an order for everything in society, even for marriages. Of all the monica geller's look alike I met in church group, there was one who became a close friend of mine, and she had several boyfriends because had great looks, and a great personality, she was also very smart, a hard core feminist, manipulative and dominant. Had the chance to met the 5 guys who were their boyfriends during those 7 years, all of them broke up with her once they realized about my friend best "attributes". True Story here. Let's just say in a polite way, a person like Monica Geller is not for everybody to marry to.
