I can see why Chandler got all those girls, the dude is naturally charismatic, he's funny without trying. The only thing is he isn't aware of it and is very self conscious and lacks confidence.

This whole episode is a standout. Rachel trying to pretend she didn't lose Monica's earing, Chandler's line "you are way hotter than me" to Monica. Rachel's line about "I minded when he slept with other people", "Ground control to Major Tom".
