She's my fave characters from the girls. It wasn't cuz she was funny cuz she was. But also it was the way she evolved from a spoiled brat to being an independent woman. She later took care of herself. She didn't have to depend on her friends helping her out. I loved Rachel. Plus she had the best hairstyle and clothes. I mean. Rachel Karen Greene was so cool.

Just like Cordelia Chase from buffy how she was so conceited and rich and stuff and when she got on the show angel she started working and depending on herself and being something. Love those characters like that.

I also think it's interesting how adjustable Rachel eventually became. She was able to become a tolerable roommate to Monica, Phoebe and Joey.

God I love her! Rachel Green is the most adorable character of all time for me! Every time I go back and see a clip or an episode I’m like ‘aww good lord she’s so cute!!’ She cracks me up with her goofiness and makes me smile because she’s so pretty!! Jen made Rachel so lovable..

I don’t mind a friend like her at all. She’s not bossy or control freak like Monica. Monica is not bad either, but I can’t stand bossy people. Rachel is way more flexible and easygoing she can be a pushover sometimes. Not the best housekeeper but she can be a great mum and a committed and ambitious employee. Younger Rachel was a bit obnoxious I agree, but 30+ Rachel is sweet and considerate. People mostly judge her for attempting to “ruin” Ross relationships, which would’ve been ruined anyways due to Ross’ own flaws. I don’t understand why they overlook her many qualities and beautiful friendships with the rest of the group.

@@Zm54321 well all those qualities my friend came after she met Monica… before that nobody was fond of her and she too admitted that… even Joey said to Rachel when she asked to help Amy (not jill😅) that Monica made them to tolerate her and help her… ofcourse some of the things were still there from old Rachel but having a supportive friend circle she changed from obnoxious habit to adorable.. Moreover it’s a compliment that she changed herself for good once she knew she has a great friend like Monica and others… one more thing nobody judges Rachel but everybody judges Monica as control freak? In short if Rachel from high school was still Rachel from high school… I don’t wanna be friend with a girl who is a bully and self obsessed… and made life miserable of other people based on appearance…
