Recipe for: Fried Chicken Wings - How to make them crispy, juicy and delicious every time
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Chicken wings - 1 kg. (chopped).
Corn flour - 130 g.
Breadcrumbs - 60 g.
Garlic powder - 10 g.
Salt.
Pepper.
Paprika.
Curry.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Wash and cut the chicken wings in half.
For the breading, add the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika and curry powder to the cornmeal. Add two teaspoons of all the spices. Stir to combine everything well.
Roll the chicken wings in the prepared spice mixture, pressing gently to adhere to the wings. Arrange the breaded wings on the cutting board.
Fry the wings in preheated oil until golden.
Serve the finished chicken wings on a plate with a sauce of your choice.
Enjoy your meal!
